We booked a $100 powered site and stated we would be charging our car there - as we have done at many other sites. Upon arrival the caretaker / manager gave our car the evil eye and appeared at check in telling us we could charge for a fee up the road (which we already knew); we decided to go ahead with charging at the site. After we had started charging and set up our car tent, unpacked, etc the manager went to our site and unplugged the car citing that he was monitoring the power system, that it was ‘too hot’, the potential for a fire(!) and he had 2 other Teslas previously which had screwed up the system. It was clearly disingenuous that the manager didn’t state car charging was not permitted at check in as he wanted our business and knew we would cancel and go elsewhere if we couldn’t. Very poor attitude and incomplete understanding of EVs, we could have charged at a lower current if there were concerns over the site power system but, at the end of the day, if you are offering a 15A powered site you should have a safe electrical system that can handle this! Obviously we won’t be returning but want to ensure no other EVs have a similar experience… and hopefully make management aware of their poor customer service.…

We stayed here both on the way over to Kalgoorlie and because we liked it we stayed on the way back too. Different cabins each time - one newer than the other but both very nice and comfortable. Park is well kept and tidy. Good customer service and great value. Would recommend.

Nice location for a stayover if you’re driving to Adelaide or to Perth. Sadly, nothing inside the caravan park for children To play on Beds were really comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing. Would it be nice to see freshwater in the fridge? I would definitely stay here again

Such friendly accomodating staff especially, thank you Lanessa. Clean, well equiped spacious cabins on flat ground with excellent amenities. Situated only 400m walk to the beach through the centre of town. If I’m in the area, I’ll be back if I’m in the area.

Off the highway so nice and quiet helpful staff. Cabin very clean with all one would want to either cook a meal or warm one up, bed very comfortable. away from the main living area. Good place for the family stay

The budget rooms at $110 a night are good value for money. Especially as it’s a logical stopping point between the border and Adelaide. Good staff and decent wifi too which was good for the kids. Only downside was the bathroom was a little unclean and toilet had some past guess stains 😬

Well maintained park, nice and quiet. We stayed in a two bedroom cabin that was very well appointed despite being an older one. Squeezed us in with last minute notice during a very busy period. Bathroom floor was damaged and needed repair but I think that's why we were able to be accomodated because they wouldn't have used that cabin otherwise, so I can certainly forgive that!

The cabins were amazingly clean & maintained. It was an amazing experience. The staff were very accommodating. We would highly recommend this park. They also catered so well for fishermen with fish cleaning rooms & crab cooking facilities.

Very friendly customer service. For $120 for a cabin it was fine, there isnt too many options in Ceduna, I would highly recommend bringing your own pillows if you can. No noise issues after 9pm. Didn't feel unsafe. Could park right next to the cabin. Decent fences around the park. Service station across the road or a bigger OTR with hungry Jacks minutes drive away.
