Detailed Reviews
We stayed for 6 nights in an upstairs loft apartment. There were 2 bedrooms, a "kids" with 2 single beds and an upstairs queen. So there's some stairs to negotiate, but it's ok unless you've got arthritis/mobility issues. There's a kitchenette with basic facilities (2 burner cooktop, good size fridge, and microwave with utensils) if you'd like to self-cater. There's also an excellent undercover BBQ area near the pool which got a lot of use with guests - including us! It's well located and within walking distance of the beach/restaurants and a little mini shopping mall with a "Night Owl" small supermarket, sushi shop, kebab shop, Liquorland. We asked the manager for some tips about where to eat out and he was right on the money with his recommendations. Other guests that we met near the pool/BBQ area were friendly and no problem at all. Mostly undercover car parking available. There's lovely greenery, ferns and palms and you can tell that a lot of effort goes into maintaining the gardens. They do ask that you wash your dishes before leaving and remove any rubbish (which we did, but one of our glasses was not clean when we arrived and we had to wash it before we could use it). If I could suggest 2 improvements they would be: improve the sketchy wi-fi and add a heater to the pool. Other than that, no complaints and we'd gladly stay again.

Stayed at these apartments last week in a loft as my sister was coming up to join us and was great for her having her own space and bathroom. We enjoyed our stay here but in future would request one overlooking the pool area but it was still enjoyable. The only negatives we found in our apartment (23) was even though there is a microwave in the room and access to the bbq there was no small microwave bowls or microwave plate cover and no steak knives if like us you cook a steak on the bbq, and none in the camp kitchen either. One thing that could be attended to is some loose pavers heading to the pool from our room caused by tree roots uplifting them and especially at night because there is no path light there and we nearly tripped on them a few times and started to use our phone torches when walking over to the bbq area at night but otherwise we had a lovely time here, plenty of parking for your rental car, great location being a short walk to the restaurants so would recommend.

We loved these apartments for our 6 night stay. We are a family of 3 and booked a loft apartment which was ideal as there was a bed downstairs and also a double bed on the mezzanine level. The apartment was very spacious and comfy, even had 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer which was very useful. We were at the back of the building which was lovely and quiet. Our 6 year old loved the pool and hot tub! There was also a good bbq area. Very close to the beautiful beach and restaurants of Trinity Beach, highly recommended.

Meant to have room with garden view but got one overlooking car park upstairs with no lift. Had family next door who sat outside most of night swearing. My child also almost got inpalled by a suitcase another child dropped down said staircase. Room unclean along with kitchen equipment. We had to wash everything first. Also no non-stick pan would be a great addition, $10 from Kmart, as so very hard to cook pancakes for breaky. Easter egg wrappers left everywhere, in drawers and balcony so 100% room not cleaned which is 100% shocking in these times. Pool area lovely. Would have been nice to have some plastic cups to take town to pool area. When packing up before checkout time cleaner stood at door waiting for us to get out which I thought was really rude. And not sure why clearly can’t do her job anyway! Sorry but it’s the truth.

Great location, walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants and bus. Easy drive to Cairns, Kuranda, palm Cove etc.
Pool and BBQ area good but pool not heated. Spa want working for 11 of our 14 days. Staff not really concerned. Pool next to busy road so quite noisy. No trays to carry stuff downstairs to bbq, no oven trays for oven. Apartment overlooked driveway! Very dated decor and furniture. No doors on bedroom. WiFi terrible. Telstra reception nearly non existent. Optus was Ok. No Foxtel as advertised. Weekly clean was terrible, didn't even change one of the beds, or clean the ensuite shower, didn't empty bathroom bins. Came again the next day and let themselves in while we were still there and someone was in the midst of getting dressed. Still didn't clean shower or empty bins. Kitchenware was dirty as well as plates etc. If you asked guests to only use plastic glasses in pool area, maybe supply them instead of glass. Staff couldn't careless about any complaints.

Wow..We stayed here many years ago and just fell in love with Trinity beach.
Trinity Beach Club has changed too but did not let us down in any way, great staff, great rooms lovely shower and laundry facility.BBQ area.Pool was fab too.Staff are so friendly and helpful.Just a couple of mins walk to the beach.
Although the area has changed massively since our last stay we were once again in love with it here. The bars and restaurants along the front have amazing buzzy atmospheres great food and drink and entertainment.Although it is not safe to swim because of stingers there is a cordoned off life guarded area which is great. Walk along the front and soak up the atmosphere stop and read about the history of the beach and imagine it all those years ago.
If you don't want to drive just grab a bus into Cairns for all the shops etc you can imagine.
We so did not want to leave this place once again.

Loved the loft apartment, the surroundings and being able to walk to the beach. Tom was very helpful booking events and taxis also providing advice and bus timetable. Thank you.
However the cleaner should have cleaned the walls, particularly the blood on the wall by the stairs in the apartment before we arrived!
Would still recommend the place though. Would happily stay there again if ever back in Cairns

The rooms are a wierd layout. The 2 singles on ground floor isn't really a room and right at front door so not private. The main bedroom is a mezzanine so again not private. All a bit dated but functional. WiFi pretty much non existent. Rooms are clean, good aircon, washing machine and dryer. Only very basic utensils, pans etc. Pool and BBQ area lovely and some utensils, plastic plates etc and full stove.

Simple, clean, secure, great location, friendly service. Value for money. Nothing fancy but has everything for a pleasant stay. I would recommend it for both - short and long stay in Trinity Beach.

Great outdoor facilities and pool. Excellent shower and comfy bed in spacious ground floor unit. Central location with a short walk to the beach in one direction and shops in the other. Good off-street and undercover parking. Christine went out of her way to accommodate us and make our 2 weeks stay enjoyable.

Hi Barry
There was a gentleman there in a wheelchair during our stay and he seemed to manage. Not knowing the size of your scooter, it would worth asking management about the width of the gates that provide access from the rooms to the Cabana.
Otherwise the paving surface is in good condition.
