Our superior 1 bedroom unit on the 7th level had fantastic views and was clean and we enjoyed our stay and have booked again for next year. So close to everything didn't need to get the car out once

The BEST holiday accommodation on the Sunshine Coast, where the beach, cafes and shops are right on your doorstep! No need to get in your car!! Excellent! I’m a regular visitor.Great views of the beach or mountains. Great facilities.

Yes I agree with you we have the best location for accommodation on the Sunny Coast, close to all of the dining venues & shopping. I stayed with my 5 year old daughter for 6 nights. The room and facilities were spotless and had everything we needed for an extended stay. The pool area was a highlight! The location itself was also very convenient being directly across the road from a patrolled beach and a playground and surrounded by great restaurants. Will definitely stay again!

Fabulous 5 nights at landmark. Perfect location across from the main swimming beach with food right below. Definitely worth having the ocean view. Top floor apartment had private rooftop area with bbq and spa. Looking out at the sunrise over the ocean was magic. The apartment had a good layout with the ocean view from the kitchen/lounge area and the bedroom. We had room 10133 on the top floor. The rooftop are was large, private and had a spa just for us looking out to sea. The only negative for the room is a hum from the buildings exhaust fan system. Which is only noticeable at night in the bedroom. Would definitely stay here again.

Mooloolaba is the prefect beach holiday with a crazy good stretch of white sand with 3 great destinations for shopping & dining : The Spit; The Wharf & The Esplanade. Landmark is right in the thick of everything, walk outside the font door & step across the road to the beach. The restaurants, cafes & shops are all within an easy walk. What more do you want, & I forgot to mention the Seafood that awaits you at The Spit - fresh off the trawlers. If your seriously thinking about a holiday Landmark & Mooloolaba is a great combination. Excellent location and free onsite parking. The bathroom was very good and had a washer-dryer. The air conditioning was not very effective in our room. We were lucky it was early Spring. Instead we used the fans and left the windows open to keep temperature comfortable. Unfortunately that meant we heard the constant drone of machinery on the building roof.

Staying at Landmark Resort you don't need your vehicle whilst your here, you are a short walk to all of the outstanding destinations within Mooloolaba. Including The Spit with the fresh Seafood; The Wharf has a great variety of dining options & The Esplanade to satisfy your retail therapy of shopping. All these great places is set along the beautiful bay of the Mooloolaba Beach. On the other hand I am disappointed about the state of your a/c unit. I am not aware of your particular instance, but we encourage all of our guests to report any issues encountered during their stay so we can rectify them immediately. The location is perfect, you walk straight on to the esplanade from level 1. I've been lucky enough to have rooms with views, very special well worth it. This time I went for a special birthday and was met with cold champage and a box of chocolates plus a room with a view.. The pool is amazing, plenty of places for shade and sun or lounging and the waterfalls are fun. The safe swimming beach area, between the flags is right opposite the hotel across the road. Only two negatives: The rooms could have more plates and utensils. We only had 6 plates which makes it tricky to load the dish washer full if you like to eat in. Loud and noisy neighbours were heard each day (not much sound proofing), curtains were not blockout. This, together with works being done above us from 6am meant sadly sleep in's were not possible. Still, the positives definitely outweigh the negatives for us. …

The staff were very friendly and professional. The location is perfect with access to everything you will ever need on a holiday, plenty of cafes, eateries, shops, and if you are into walking, great walking tracks along the beach. The accommodation was flawless with a magnificent view, very clean, and with all the necessities. Great pool, sauna, gym. Loved it and definitely will be staying again.

Our beach is probably the safest on the Coast & offers a huge expanse of sand to enjoy a spacious time without being crowded in. You have profiled the highlights of staying at Landmark which is certainly our fantastic location. Once you check-in there is definitely no need for the car. You can walk every where - restaurants, beach, The Spit, The Wharf & The Surf Club is across the road. The Surf Club is best spot for a cold drink overlooking the ocean. The Wharf is the departure point for all of the cruises including Whale watching. Whilst The Spit has fresh seafood straight off the trawlers. We look forward to welcoming you back to Mooloolaba.
