Seamark was well located - a few steps to the beach, close to shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets. All apartments are individually owned so decor and fit out can vary. Room 804 had a partial ocean view, pleasant decor, tired furnishings but was comfortable. The kitchen area had a smell but we kept the balcony door open during our stay and it wasn’t an issue. The main bedroom had an ensuite with a leaky tap. The second bathroom had a broken tap in the shower. There was a washing machine, dryer, clothes rack etc. the second bedroom was just partitioned with some bifold doors - somewhat stuffy but there was a fan provided. Three rolls of single ply toilet paper were provided for three adults for six nights - inadequate - and you had to pay $1 for two rolls at reception for more which I thought was outrageous given I was paying $3500 for my stay. Also you had to empty bins and wash dishes on departure otherwise an extra fee would be incurred. Again - given the price - I thought this was unfair. Shampoo, body lotion, soap, washing detergent, dishwashing liquid was supplied. Front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming. Can be a little noisy if you leave the windows open - cafe across the road drags out their chairs at 6:00am, garbage trucks etc.…
We have been travelling Australia with our 2 daughters and was recommended this area , so booked seamark The 2 ladies that manage the place are the friendliest we’ve met in the whole of Australia The 2 bed apartment was perfect for a family of 4, 2 bathrooms , 2 toilets , a kitchen, washer and dryer etc We found the whole apartment really clean and tidy and the whole building smells nice - they must use loads of air fresheners ! The pool was clean and tidy too Location is perfect right opposite the beach - left for rock pools , right for sand and surf After 5pm you need to use your key to get in , making it safe Honestly would have stayed here another week if they weren’t fully booked due to Easter - though I’m not surprised !! If we have to return to Australia ( from the uk ) this will definitely be our base . I’m am however surprised to see this place has any poor reviews at all I can’t think of a single negative thing other than we had to leave ;)…
Our 2 bedroom unit with plenty of space , for a family was very clean , with -kitchen, stove, microwave dishwasher, large fridge, washing machine. Tv in both main bedroom and lounge room, with Foxtel in both rooms. We had some Ocean views also from our 9th floor. Bonus was there’s not a lot of high rises around to block the ocean. 1 minute walk if that to beach. Plenty of retail shopping and amazing places to eat. I give Seamark on 1st 10 out of 10.. Would come back again. Staff very friendly and eager to give you the best weekend break or holiday ..
We have a family of five which is accommodated by the three bedroom unit. it was nice and clean and tidy and well suited to the family llevel 11 had ocean views which was great in the evening great location close to shops and eating. We had secure double parking and had trolleys for luggage
Stayed in a 2br apartment which was huge! Awesome location with everything at your finger tips, and good value for money. Lindsay was lovely and the apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need for a beach get away. Definitely plan on staying again in the future.
We had a one night stay at Seamark and were really impressed. The managers are so friendly. Clean and tidy apartment in an awesome location. Free parking and Wi-Fi too! Only reason not a 5 is it's a little dated and the bed not the most comfortable but still a pleasant stay.
We really enjoyed our stay at Seamark On First, for a 4 night stay in the heart of Mooloolaba. Perfectly located, just a short walk to everything, beach, ice creams, restaurants, convenience store and Coles was also within short walking distance. 3 bed apartment was very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed and felt very welcome on arrival. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.
Stayed a weekend in a 2br apartment and found it well located, good value and would stay there again. Reception staff were very friendly and easy going. We didn’t eat in much but did notice that the kitchen was adequately equipped for meal preparation.
The room was perfect for our short family break - 2 adults, 2 kids. Clean, modern and with all of the amenities you might need to cook if needed. The beach was literally a 5 minute walk away and the shops, restaurants and cafes were on the doorstep - and as it was set back from the main high street/beachfront, it was nice and quiet too. The only reason I rated this a 4 is that the hotel desk isn't open 24hours (closes at 5pm, opens 8am) and unfortunately - at the time we were there, the hotel was repainting the BBQ area which affected our pool experience.
Stayed 2 nights at Seamark in one of the 3 bedroom penthouses. The staff were so friendly and the location was perfect, close to the shops and restaurants. Could walk everywhere. Stayed with a group of friends, apartment was 2 levels and views of the ocean. Plenty of space for 6 people. Great stay, will definitely be back :)
