I would have to say the 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious, clean and well decorated. Peaceful location, with all amenities required for a pleasant stay. Fresh Fish and chips in walking distance. A must try as the food is reasonably priced and yummy. Would definitely recommend this accomodation - next will definitely request a room with water view xxx

Stayed in a 3 bedroom Cabin with 2 small grandchildren for the week. Staff extra friendly and cater for your every need, Kids have the best activities and play area, pool and Tom And Andy's Coffee Van opens early for our morning bike rides around the water. Walking distance to restaurants and main beaches. Cabins clean and well equipt. No complaints about any aspect of this week. Highly recommend and will be back.

Big 4 Caloundra is a tourist attraction in itself! Not only are the grounds immaculate, they are well equipped, Covid safe and staffed perfectly. We were treated like old friends, everyone wore a smile and were happy to point us in the right direction. The facilities are top notch! Very clean, very tidy and abundant. There is a fantastic school holidays program with activities for young and old. The pool is heated with a slide and and stairs. The jumping pillow and go carts kept the kids busy and they loved the magic show and face painting. There is a brilliant area to watch over the kids while enjoying a coffee or a cocktail. Dinner is taken care off with amazing well price wood fried pizzas and breakfast is covered with wrap and muffins. Centrally located to all things of importance, it didn’t matter we forgot all cooking equipment. We had full use of a herb garden, bbq facilities and picnic areas but we had Kmart, coles, woolies and bws right across the road. Right out front is a wonderful spot to relax and fish off the jetty, the boys bought back a crab and some lovely whiting. We wandered through the markets, went up town and enjoyed a dessert, a play in the rock pools and ride on the Ferris wheel and a Beautiful stroll home. We had friends stay who were first time campers and they loved it so much they rebooked before they left. We saw old neighbours here and made new friends. We will definitely turn big 4 Caloundra into an annual family/ friend trip! Thank you for the fantastic holiday. Grass site 6 & 7😊

Our ‘inaugural’ caravan adventure after 8 years off the road. We’ve never stayed in Caloundra before so chose the Big 4 due to their good reputation and certainly wasn’t disappointed. Lovely, well maintained park with friendly team members. Close proximity to water, boardwalks, eateries and shops. On-site coffee and pizzas @tomandandy, large play and pool area. We stayed on site C19 which is in close proximity of reception and amenities. Highlight: live, relaxing music enjoyed while socialising and eating pizza with other guests!

First time here and very impressed with this park. Easy to park on site for a 21 foot van, park is kept clean and tidy. Not too big so it doesn't feel crowded. Easy walking to main street of town with cafe's and restaurants. Board walk straight out the back of the park with lockable entry and exit from park. If I had to nitpick I would say that a larger sign at the entry to the park could be useful. When your GPS tells you to turn tight off the main road into a small side street all you see in front of you is a small roundabout and blocks of flats, when you get to the roundabout you wonder where to go until you glance right and see the reception building. As I said nitpicking. Would we come back here, absolutely yes.

Terrific park with excellent amenities. The location is superb. The staff are extremely friendly and bent over backwards to make sure our stay was memorable. If you are fussy and, this park is the cleanest we have encountered and we will definitely be back. Thanks again Big 4 Site C38

Informative, friendly costumer service (over the phone) to book our holiday, assisting me with the best site for our family, number of nights required and sharing a list of activities to do whilst visiting. Upon arrival, we noticed the good sized and well maintained sites. Our caravan is without an ensuite, so to find the amenities so regularly serviced and so clean, was a pleasant surprise! The pool states it’s heated and it’s actually a lovely temperature in winter to have a splash! The jumping pillow area was clean and fenced, making supervising easy for parents. The coffee and pizza van were convenient and delicious. The holiday activities for our children were timetabled twice daily, with a good range for all ages and interests. We will certainly be back again! Til next time...

We first came to the park 2 years ago and absolutely LOVED our stay there . It is in a fantastic location in walking distance to everything- shops , fishing , beach , food . The kids are happy and safe playing within the park abd participating in the incredible kids club activities. everything is spotlessly clean , the staff are so friendly and helpful . After waiting two long years to get back up here we were so excited to see some of the upgrades that have occurred since we were last here . Tom and Andy’s expresso van and pizza and cocktail vans are a great addition. Especially the family friendly fenced off area . I highly Recommend Caloundra big 4 caravan park to anyone after an amazing holiday in Queensland !!

We visited friends who were staying in their camper.. we liked it so much we ended up booking the next two nights. Villa was perfect for our family. Beautiful view. Great location with plenty to do locally. Loved the on-site coffee van (amazing coffee & toasties) and the kids loved the jumping pillow (it's winter and they still swam in the heated pool!) We only live 10minutes up the road but we will be back! Loved it!
