I stayed for 2 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment on the 10th floor. The view was breath taking and much better than I could have ever imagined. I am a frequent traveller and have travelled extensively in Australia and overseas and this hands down was the cleanest and most beautifully presented unit I have ever stayed in. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and I will be recommending these units to my family and friends. I stayed in unit 1005.

Dear Pigpower! Thank you so very much for your lovely and honest review. We will certainly be passing this on to the housekeepers, they work incredibly hard to meet expectations and guidelines and we're so pleased you enjoyed your stay. We hope to welcome you back sometime in the future.

Client (in wheelchair) and I stayed in a 2 bedroom unit room 702 for 3 nights. Very open and spacious, modern, tasteful deco, breath taking view, very large wrap around balcony, big kitchen with everything you need, washing machine and dryer, very clean. Didnt want to leave and easily could stay for weeks with how big and roomy it was. Staff put a ramp to outside balcony without being asked, so we could access with wheelchair which was really nice of them. Wheelchairs and equipment fit easily, just had to move some furniture around. Lift access and flat into room. Commode fit over toliet but didn't fit in either bathrooms for showering however, by the pool there is a large disability access bathroom which we used for showers with equipment and two assistance without issues. The pool was amazing with a ramp so client could make use and loved going forca swim (byo water chair required). So many amazing restaurants within walking distance and could spend all day watching the water from the apartment with views from the ocean, all the way down the river to the Glass House Mountains. Stunning. Amazing place to stay.

We recently returned and stayed 3-nights at Monaco on the 10th Floor. (Pevious visit was 2014). Our comments from 2014 are still valid, including "The view across the Pumicestone Passage was very picturesque and the walks along the beach are easily accessible. Very close to the main shopping area and local restaurants. Unit was very modern and clean. Would definitely stay there again. Safe, underground parking provided." Additional relevant comments from recent stay include the thorough COVID-19 cleaning and protection processes in place - and now the very good, free WIFI installed.

We stayed at Monaco for 5 nights in mid January. This is the 3rd year that we've returned here for our summer vacation.
This year we were in room 204 a 2 bedroom self contained apartment. 2 good sized bedrooms (queen and twin beds). Full kitchen with generous living room and balcony. Ensuite has a spa bath which we didn't use. Washer/dryer located in the main bathroom.
Love that there's secure undercover allocated parking.
Fantastic location with 2 street pedestrian frontage, Bulcock Beach is a 2 minute walk and a short stroll to Kings Beach. Plenty of dining options within walking distance.
We also love that the pool and spa are in the shade from mid afternoon.
We'll definitely be back.

When I book accomodation, I like to think that I am forgiving of certain aspects, including not having access to certain facilities my own home affords me.
Firstly, prior to arriving at Monaco, I was sent 4 emails that made up front statements about staff shortages and being forgiving of things were not quite to standard.
For a 4.5 star 2 bedroom apartment, I immediately considered that I may have made a mistake in booking.
Having arrived early, we were told our apartment would not be ready until the states 2pm booking time but we were given access to the parking space and told that the cleaners would not reduce the quality of their clean in place of an early entry to the apartment. I found this quite pleasing, BUT……
As you can see from the photos, the seemingly beautiful apartment is not only looking a little old and worn, but had had little more than a feather duster run around it. My garage at home is cleaner.
The situation of the apartments is perfect, but furniture is torn or worn and turning yellow from age.
Great pool and pleasant staff, bit an overall disappointment for a 4.5 star Aparthotel.
The final straw for me was the TV being a plasma from over 15 years ago that allowed no Netflix, with the Foxtel only giving you access to standard programmes. The tv in the bedroom had no remote so was useless and the so called high speed free WiFI was 4mb/4mb, hardly high speed. I would not book here again, but enjoyed Caloundra regardless.

We stayed at Monaco for 2 nights and loved it. It's a lovely, quiet haven away from the noise and distraction of other north coast locations. The water is clear and cooling and the views are excellent out over the Passage and Nothern Moreton Bay. The apartment was clean, modern and luxurious. The front desk staff were helpful and managers Gill and Jason were very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Nice roomy apartment with excellent sweeping views across the water. Really easy check-in process that requires no human interaction which suits us just fine. My only issue were that the main bed was way too soft which both myself and wife hate, this might not be a problem for a lot of other people as its an individual preference. Internet was OK, 15mbps down and 10mbps up. They could have at least paid for Foxtel HD with sport for the price you pay for the room but considering we didn't spend much time there was not a big issue. Overall I would certainly recommend but unless the main bed was much harder in other rooms I would not be staying there again as it broke my back and we got very little sleep.

I stayed here for three nights this week on the recommendation of a colleague and the Monaco did not disappoint.
Conveniently located both to the waterfront and board walk - great walk - and Bulcock Street, this property had everything you could want in terms of views, amenities and cleanliness.
What really impressed me was the warm and professional customer service I received.
Would stay again for sure.

This was our second stay at Monaco, and needless to say it won't be the last.! Cleanliness of the whole establishment is first class, our 6th floor 1 Bedroom waterfront, apartment had wonderful views of the passage and ocean, and every little detail had been taken care of for your comfort right down to chocolates on the bed. As covid has entered our life check in is contactless with your keys available from the outside safe , containing details of your stay plus allocated parking information.
Very well managed complex!

Hi Lexie,
We don't accept schoolies bookings in our complex and enforce a strict no party policy for the comfort of all guests.
Also Caloundra is not particularly known for attracting many schoolies at all.
