Arrived at Aspect Apartments to celebrate a friend’s 50th birthday. Spent two nights in a one bedroom apartment - very clean & had plenty of amenities. The greatest compliment I can give came after the NT closed its border to Brisbane & we found ourselves having to stay away until able to fly out. We had been given very little notice and found ourselves without somewhere to go. Aspect Apartments went over and above by offering a considerably larger apartment at a reduced rate for several days until we could determine our next move. They were absolutely wonderful and accommodating and cannot thank them enough. Would highly recommend staying here! Apartments are wonderful with great ocean views. The managers are an absolute delight. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic find. 5 night Family stay with two young boys age 4.25 and 1.75. Afterhours checkin at 6pm was seamless, staff called us with a code to collect envelope from a lockbox at reception. Huge three bedroom apartment on the 6th floor with balconies on two sides, one side facing the beach, the other facing the pool and spa. Great location, directly over a bottle shop closing 10pm each night, 2min walk from shopping street with dozens of restaurants. 5min walk from IGA supermarket. 5min walk or less to gorgeous beach. As for the room, it was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Comfy couches and beds, full kitchen appliances, two bathrooms, one with spa bath. Very minor cosmetic issues - some wear, master slide door sticks (sand/wind damage), some curtain mould? Extra pillows and blankets in room. Two outdoor pools (unheated) and heated spa. Used the latter every night even in rain/storms with kids. Great parking (double space allocated), lifts from carpal right to outside room. Lovely reception lady, helped me out with a double adapter. Just a lovely, scenic, quiet area. Would highly recommend for families with kids.

What a relief it was to open the door in to this Apartment after staying on the 26th Floor in Brisbane, supposedly a 5 star Apartment but not. What a difference a few soft cushions, a bowl of shells and some dried flower arrangements make to the welcoming feel. Just lovely. It was so very quiet, being at the back of the building away from the street after the screeching of train brakes in Brisbane. We could have the 2 sliiding doors open for natural fresh air as opposed to airconditioning. All the appliances were simple to work and the bathroom was large enough to incorporate washing machine and drier. I would recommend this property.

We have stayed twice at Aspect, Our first visit, for a weekend, we were in a three bedroom apartment in Building 1, level 8 from memory. Our second visit, for 10 days, we were in a two bedroom apartment in Building 2, level 10.
Both times, the apartments have been spotlessly clean and the beds comfy. For our second stay because we were there for more than a week, the apartment was fully serviced at day 5 - new sheets & towels and full clean.
The staff and management team are very friendly, helpful and a wealth of knowledge. Any queries were dealt with promptly, efficiently and professionally.
We have had excellent views both visits. Both the apartments each had a blacony on the southern side as well as the northern side. The apartments are bright and airy. From the northern balcony you can see from Glasshouse Mountains around to Kings Beach and get the beautiful morning sun. From the southern balcony, you look over Happy Valley, Bribie Island and out to the Glasshouse Mountains.
The TVs are not smart TVs so we couldn't get iView. They have Foxtel. The wifi the first time we visited was not the best. However on our second visit they had a new system in place and the wifi was excellent.
There is a tennis court, pool, gym, sauna & media room.
The car park is incredibly spacious. Both our apartments had two car parks.
Aspect is located a really short stroll to Bulcock St, the main shopping strip. There's an IGA a short walk for groceries. Its an easy stroll down to Happy Valley and around to Kings Beach or Bulcock Beach. Aspect is behind the Caloundra Pub but there was no pub noise at any point in time.
We will continue to stay at Aspect when we visit Caloundra. It feels like home away from home.

After a very busy year that culminated in my wife and I entertaining 14 for Christmas Dinner we managed to escape for a few days to Caloundra. We stayed in a luxurious 1 bedroom apartment with a partial sea view.This is superior accommodation and was very relaxing.The King Size bed was extremely comfortable.The Aspect is very well situated with the nearest beach a short walk away and is also very close to many nice restaurants.My wife and I love The Sunshine Coast and would certainly consider returning to The Aspect

Stunning views. Beautiful apartment. Clean. Modern. Plenty of space for the family. nice and quiet at night. Lovely pools. Only downside was lack of internet unless you wanted to pay exuberant prices to a private company. They say its free but the free option with a family doesn't add up. For the prices per night of the apartment it should come with unlimited internet as many places now do. Apart from that and the lousy weather(hence the need for internet) all was good!

Yet another stay at the Aspect...why?...because as the title says its excellent! Catriona in reception is so helpful and booked us in to a fabulous apartment in Tower 1. The views from the apartment were fantastic. Balconies at both ends of the apartment spoil you for choice. The balcony at the back of the apartment looking over the township was a suntrap in the afternoons and most welcome as there was quite a cold wind blowing. The apartment and complex are meticulously maintained and clean making the stay very pleasurable. Management and the temporary management when we arrived are very personable. Parking is included and the garage is a good size. The location of the apartment is wonderful for coastal walks. Caloundra gives of a vibe of the good old days and I feel very nostalgic there in a world where things can seem a bit crazy and out of balance. A real haven.

A party of 5, we stayed in the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom penthouse. Our stay was just what we needed. There was enough space to ensure we weren't living on top of each other, the views were spectacular of Bulcock Beach and the Glasshouse Mountains, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Aspect is a short walk to Bulcock Beach, Kings Beach and the main street. The Pastry Lab on the ground floor of the building was our go to for coffee each morning and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Grocery shopping is also within walking distance with IGA 250m away and Coles 1.1km away (if you are happy to walk that far!).

We stayed for 7 nights in a one bedroom partial ocean view apartment on the third floor. The apartment was quite spacious, clean and well maintained. The ocean view from the apartment we were in was quite extensive. The apartments are reached by a single lift for each section, with a total of 4 lifts, each restricted for use to a specific area. The lift is available from the csr park levels. A TV with Foxtel is in the living area and a TV is in the bedroom. The complex is about 3 min. walk to the beach and about 5 min. to the main street of Caloundra. The pool was of a good size, but probably very busy in summer, it was rarely used in the cool weather we experienced, although the heated spa was used frequently. Both were. kept clean. Cafes and restaurants are within easy walkkng distance. Free secure car parking is available in the two level basement. The managers and staff were friendly and helpful. A well equiped gym and a tennis court were also availble. The accommodation cost was very good and competitive for such an apartment.

We had a nice spacious 1 bedroom apartment at the back of the property overlooking the pool and tennis court. During our stay it was very windy and the balcony was protected from the wind. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony. However I think if we were at the front of the property which faces the ocean, I don’t think we would have spent much time on the balcony due to the wind. The room itself was nice and clean although we found that inside cupboards and wardrobes doesn’t seem to get enough attention to detail in cleaning than the rest of the apartment. The apartments are in a good location for restaurants and the beach. You have an assigned car park with the apartment underground. I would stay here again.

Aspects Resort rooms are mostly ground floor with courtyards, or a balcony on the first level.Because a number of them face north they have all day sun and you can catch beautiful sunsets too.
There are more places to choose from in the Caloundra area.
