Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Really good set up, feels secure. The unit was simple, but clean, homey and had everything we needed. The managers were really friendly and helpful. Great position, close to the beach and within walking distance to the main part of Burleigh Heads. Would definitely stay there again.

Not worth the money. We were given 1 roll of toilet paper for 6 nights, Had to buy our own toilet paper as reception was closed during the busiest time of the year. Room was very dark despite being on the top floor & had an odd smell. No fresh towels we had to wash our own as we were staying a week. TV was broken & apartment was very old & tired. Pool area was nice and great location but would not stay again.

Stayed 4 nights booked on Agoda. Had stayed previously 5 years ago. Pros - good location about 10 minutes walk from Burleigh village and 1 minute walk to the beach. Friendly welcome from the manager Chris who carried my bag up to the 2 ND floor unit 47. Nice pool and well maintained gardens. Good WiFi. Cons - the actual unit is very dated and apart from the TV everything is from the 1980s and the kitchen is basic. The old stove has rusted hotplates that look unusable and the ancient microwave was difficult to use. Old furniture and no frills. Apparently each unit in the complex is owned by individuals and so the quality varies considerably. The owner of unit 47 needs to update the facilities. Tip - the noise from the Gold coast hwy is considerable and suggest that you try to get a unit at the rear with the bedroom facing the sea to get some quiet.

Good - - location 10/10. Easy access to beach - Staff exceptionally friendly, met us at car park, transported our luggage to our room. Nothing to be desired in terms of customer service. - Pool area and gardens are lovely and well kept, pool was heated and spa was nice - Very secure, swipe access to car park - Foxtel Bad - - Room did NOT look at all like photos online! Walls and doors dirty, mould all over bedroom and bathroom roof (I am an asthmatic), lounge desperately needs a clean (we covered them with blankets to sit on them). I am under the impression all units are styled/maintained/ ? Owned by different people? Unsure why such a variation between units? All I know was that on arrival I was in a bad mood after realising what I had paid for - No dishwasher so relying on cleanliness of prior residents for kitchen items - Wifi terrible - Pool at most shallow end is 1.5m deep (I am 155cm tall) so not suitable for kids - Aircon doesn’t reach the bedroom, fan only in the bedroom - No lifts to car park, instead stairs through pool area to the rooms, hard dragging a 1 year old around all the stairs. - games room is in underground car park, smells of car fumes and maybe not the best for kids

The manager, Chris, is a really good guy and takes care of you. We wanted a quiet light filled apartment on the ground floor, which was promised and available. The pool is heated. Downside was the WIFI, but resolved by connecting phone to my laptop. If you're disabled there is not a lift so ground floor is a must, Apartment could do with a refresh, otherwise all fine.

What a good value resort. A hidden gem. On the beach, very comfy bed and generous sized rooms. Close to restaurants ( walking distance--5-10 mins easy walk). Staff were very helpful and polite. We are staying there again next week. Our stays have only been overnight, and each time has been lovely.

the people that run the Hotel are extremely nice, make you feel like they will do anything for you , the hotel is ok, lots of pillows and foxtel, but needs a very good clean we had rubbish wrappers in the draws and rubbish in the bin under the sink , the free internet also did not work .I would stay there again due to the customer service and semi cheapness of the room but not or a romantic holiday of the sorts
