Stayed in a sub penthouse. It had been renovated so paid a premium. Views were outstanding. There were a number of maintenance issues which were raised with the front desk. A blind was missing so the TV always had a significant glare making it almost impossible to watch, locks on the doors didn’t work, missing dials so you couldn’t change fan speeds, air conditioner leaked on the floor and master bedroom shower would not drain properly. Maintenance never came despite raising this with the front desk on 3 occasions. So much potential but the management are letting the place down. Have booked elsewhere for 2022. I do hope they sort themselves out but in the meantime Buyer Beware.

There is no way this place passes for 4 star accomodation. We found the ‘executive’ 2 bedroom apartment to be filthy. Management were good about it and gave us another room, however it was 20 floors lower and not executive either. The carpets were sticky and beds uncomfortable. And whilst it was ‘clean’ it certainly was not clean to a high standard. The indoor pool and spa were very nice. There was also a smart tv and ps3, however, even with an Ethernet cable neither would connect to the wifi.

Well located, magnificent view of beach close walking distance to Centre. Executive suites spacious and quiet. Black grime in en-suite shower and suggestion from reception that I take the matter up with the cleaner is what has made me give this place 2 stars.

I’ll summarise the good versus the bad... Good: - amazing views of the beach and Burleigh Heads - renovated kitchen, corner apartment with great aspect - air conditioned and spacious. Unfortunately that’s where it ends for me. The place is in desperate need of a refurb, the tap and bathroom fittings would date back to the 80’s or 90’s and some fittings were broken. There were a few stains on the carpet and the outside of all the windows are FILTHY. The other thing to consider is the location. It sits between the esplanade and Gold Coast highway and even 16 stories up it is NOISY. I had to buy ear plugs as the traffic just doesn’t stop. In comparison to other apartments it was reasonably priced but I’m not chomping at the bit to come back here. Unlikely to return but it does have some good points.

Amazing views, close to beach, close to all need entertainment. Like restaurants, shops, grocery stores. All sizes of accommodation available. Clean well fitted. There is a pool for the building, unfortunately no gym. But who need gym with a great beach. There are two flagged beach swimming areas within easy walking.
