This two bedroom unit on level 6 was an absolute delight to stay in. Views across the trees overlooking the ocean. Close enough to feel part of the community but high enough to get the incredible views of Burleigh, from the surf to the mountains.
The bath was pure luxury, especially with a glass of Champagne overlooking the hinterland. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook with but also the owners had compiled a list of the best local eating and drinking haunts in and around Burleigh so we had a great time exploring those. Btw their recommendations were on point.
Close to everything Burleigh has to offer. A must stay unit in a great building with indoor and outdoor pools, tennis court, sauna, and straight across from a patrolled beach and the best surfing point just down the road. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

The apartment was clean and tidy, unfortunately it rained both days which meant we were stuck inside. the unit had a spa bath , which couldn't be used as there wasn't enough hot water available to fill up the spa to get it working both nights . we had used minimal the first day and we deliberately used no hot water the second day and still the same problem which was a real let down. as once you have put every available bit of hot water into the spa and it runs out before you can use it , means no hot showers either for a few hours. The bedroom was a little out dated and the TV in there was located in a cupboard and smaller then my laptop screen. The windows need to re glassed with double glazing in that room as the noise from the GC HWY 21 floors down was clear as a bell. There was also no Air con in the bedroom only a fan The kitchen was fully functional and plenty of utility's plates pans glasses etc. The cupboards are a little dated and worse for wear but still functional. The lounge room was amazing with views out over the ocean and headland ( when it stopped raining ). Overall a practicable unit but needs to be updated soon. would i go back ? probably but not to that unit.

Stayed here for a week and was extremely happy with my unit. Beautiful view and clean and well stocked. Cannot fault it at all. But I was extremely disappointed with the building facilities and the way it is managed. The heater in the indoor pool and spa was broken for the whole week, and with an injured ankle, use of both was about all I was able to do, it was very upsetting. The management offered no apology at all and was extremely rude about it, In a business aimed at holidays you would think they would be able to repair both a lot sooner than 2 weeks. I spoke to a lot of disappointed guests that week, they all said the same as me, that we came here for the use of the heated pool and spa. And most were like me, been staying here for over 20 years .

We have stayed at this property for many years, and have noticed a discernible decline in the overall product. The unit that we stayed in is probably a good example of what the individual owners are getting away with. They are demanding 4star prices for 2star quality. The unit that we stayed in (19F) was partially refurbished, although vestiges of the original 20yo fit out are obvious. Worn chipboard cupboards, faded prints, corroded fittings, and dated bathroom and toilet do nothing to enhance the unit's appearance and ambience. The property is seemingly incapable of rectifying the ongoing problem with the elevators which has dogged us on prior stays. For almost the entirety of our stay, only one was in use, which is inexcusable for a building of about thirty stories. This, as one can imagine necessitates long waiting times, and was compounded by management enforcing the two per lift covid rule. Unfortunately, this, along with uncomfortable beds (probably twenty years old) and dirty blankets have meant that this is our last Burleigh Surf stay. The owners and managers will profiteer from us no more.

Dear Guests, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that your stay with us was not up to your expectations, the particular apartment that you mentioned is very popular with other guests and is requested by them on numerous occasions. We have taken on board your particular issues with this apartment and the maintenance issues that your mentioned have attended to by our maintenance staff. Lift 1 did go out of action on Friday and unfortunately the part had to be sourced from Sydney and was not operational till Monday. This was out of our control as you would understand. Sorry to hear you wont be staying with us on another occasion. All the best. Kind Regards Management

Our apartment was on the fifteenth floor - it was light, airy and very clean and the views up towards Surfers were spectacular. On check-in the receptionist was friendly and very helpful - and any other time we required information reception went 'above and beyond'. I'd definitely recommend this accommodation for a holiday on the Gold Coast

Stayed for a week at Burleigh Surf unit 15A, very good location but accommodation was terrible. The unit was very dated and in need of a uplift, badly stained and old carpet, no soap holder in the main shower – we found it in a cupboard, dirty paint on all walls, a very difficult sliding door to open onto the balcony, poor unfinished workmanship on the microwave cupboard, kitchen cupboard doors taped up with sticky tape, badly broken kitchen bench, quite dirty lounge, broken glass top on the table – very much a safety issue and toilets that are so old that layers of plastic are lifting. Wrote to management - no response

Management did respond to your email and apologized, had it been brought to our attention at the time it would have been a quick fix , management did offer you a discount on your next stay.

you just want a great view, be close to the beach and happy to buy anything not provided! This is the seventh or eighth visit I've made here over the last 25+ years and it saddens me to write this review because it is probably the last time we'll stay. I realise this review goes against the many other positive customer feedback and my enthusiastic reviews of previous visits but I can only report on my reactions to this latest experience.
What you first need to understand is that the apartments are individually owned and the reception staff basically only manage the bookings and sort out any serious maintenance issues you may have. As a result it is up to the owners to keep the apartments up to spec and frankly they are not. Over just the last five to six years we have stayed in different apartments (all supposed to be superior) and they are all going down hill in every area. This visit we had to buy a hair dryer as there was only one between 3 women and a stack of clothes hangers because there were just two in total. The lounge furniture in our last 4 visits was either secondhand or really cheap. Same with kitchen appliances and TV. It has been the lowest of the low.
So, if you are prepared to put up with the many, many failings of these apartments and simply go buy what should be there but isn't, then you'll enjoy the location and stunning views. But if you want a 5 star apartment, go elsewhere.

Awesome spacious apartment with great views. Dated but still great. Only 4 coffee sachets for three night stay. On third night key would not unlock dead lock- on site management wouldn’t answer calls and were rude when we knocked on their door. At this point we were desperate - it was either knock or sleep in the lobby!

Views are amazing both along beach and out to Gold Coast hinterland. Unfortunately the unit is in desperate need of some TLC as cream carpets throughout are very stained, windows won't open due to corrosion, bathroom dated and toilet seat completely broken making it a danger. This is supposed to be a deluxe unit and you pay accordingly but in desperate need of updating and maintenance.

Bathroom grout was pretty much just black mould, tiles were cracked and silicon was missing at bottom of shower. Black mould all around exterior sliding doors and lots of mould in the washing machine door. The carpet felt like it was 50 years old and was dirty with food crumbs from people before. The room had a god awful smell and the hallways smelt really bad too. It felt like the room had not been cleaned at all between us and the last people and the shower hadn’t cleaned touched in years.
Will never go back here and would not recommend this place to anyone - not sure how it’s so highly rated

Hi Prue,
I though I could help here the first floor have glimpse of ocean through the Norfolk palms so if your looking for superior views you wont get this on the first level, But I can highly recommend the first level sitting on the balcony and watching the world go by. The location is perfect.
Yes, both lifts will be in operation from Dec 2nd. Pool and sauna will be fully operational as per normal.
Hi Maggie
Thank you for your enquiry about parking. Every apartment is allocated their own underground secure car park.
