Basic motel, off the highway so no problem with noise even though we were around the back near a side street. Room was relatively small but met our needs. Close enough to the cbd to walk to dinner at a local pub.

Very happy with our stay, extremely clean room. Staff went above and beyond for us. We are so happy with the service we got that we will definitely stay here again. Painted defined parking bays outside the rooms may help as we always had someone elses car parked outside our room but that would be our only complaint.

Once we got sorted into our room and sorted out where to park this was a pleasant stay in a well maintained but older motel. The motel is central to the town but not in the hustle and bustle. Parking was a problem but it did not hinder our appreciation of the room.

The start of a three week road trip and a 556 km drive from the Hunter Valley. Basic facilities and our room was small but totally adequate. The bed was comfortable and there were no problems. Worth a look.

The motel was very clean and the 2 bedroom family room was quite spacious for what it was. The motel proprietor was very accommodating to our needs and gave us some great suggestions as to where to go for our dinner that night. The Main Street of Tumut was a short walk away and we found all the eating places that were suggested. The bathroom was a little small but was well appointed. We managed to have “happy hour” in the afternoon outside our room with a table and chairs provided and we also had our breakfast in the sun the following morning. The only negative was that the single beds were harder than what I’m used to, as were the pillows. In saying that, we still managed a good night’s sleep. Would stay again.

Great value, simple overnight stay accommodation. Check in reception was very efficient and informative. Room was clean, comfortable and warm. Car parking directly in front of the room. Well located for an easy walk into the main shopping area of town for eating.

Booked for a emergency stay,we arrived at reception and diligently followed the instructions at the "after hours" check in phone,what a bloody joke,,tried for 20mins,in the cold to access a room,that was paid in full,,to no avail..tried their actual landline,,it just went "click...beep,beep,beep",so waste of time that,,gave up,walked 25mtrs to the motel next door,and thank goodness got a room,hot shower and domino's pizza..life saver.Went to reception the next morning,,all I can say is,we will receive a refund,,but I reckon the sour,rude,lady at this motel thought I was asking for the blood of her first born.. Probably avoid this mob,,if you actually want to sleep in a room you paid for

This motel is exceptional value! The room was spotless and very comfortable. Staff were extremely accommodating - we left some clothes behind and they kindly express posted them to us! Just wonderful country hospitality. We had a covered car parking place right outside our motel unit - so convenient especially in wet weather.

WOW! What a SPECTACULAR motel for tourists travelling through. Conveniently parking car outside room. The room was spacious and SPOTLESS! Queen size bed super comfortable. Host was very friendly and obliging. Tumut is a gorgeous town on the river Murrumbidgee . Definitely worth stopping and cruising the town. Fabulous, quality Chinese restaurant in town . Very reasonably priced! We will return! 🙏👍👏👏👏
