Detailed Reviews
Been here many times. Always good value food.
Sticky tables again !!! getting tired of sticky tables.
Band WAY too loud but was good rock music so we retreated to the gardens where it was still too loud but acceptable.
The fish is always good here and didn't disappoint this time either.

Very nice club great meal at a low price, when we went to the bar and got a drink they give us 2 tickets for our steak free we only had to buy the sides to go with it that was really great, when we got our meal the meat was wonderful, good friendly service, and the locals were nice, we went on the night when the courtesy bus wasn't running but it wasn't a problem as we rang up Ian from first class transfers he was our driver picked us up and dropped us back he was very good he let us know what nice meals the club has and what night raffles are run and told us a little about the area very nice man.

Stayed at the Waterfront B&B in Dec 2007. It's a cute, clean, and quiet studio located close to the waterfront (though no open water) in the backyard of the main house; no oceanview. It's a studio with gallery seems therefore pretty large. One other studio offered.
By car only 5 min to Hawkes Nest: beach, wild life - beautiful.
Great dinner place just 2 min walk way away: Nicole's Café (make reservations!).

Our stay at the waterfront b & b . No hosts were on site during our stay. This could have been a 'game changer'. Room was so cold. The cold prevented a good nights sleep. Reverse cycle Air conditioner sounded like you were running a petrol generator in your room.
Minimal charm. Couldn't even fill the electric kettle at the basin, needed to use the shower to fill it. Used utensils, no where to wash them up.
The actual waterfront is lovely, a great place to stroll in the sun, however this accommodation ( no 2) is in the back and in the deep shade most of the day. Sorry we won't be back

We enjoyed a great stay at the Waterfront B & B in December 2012. The accommodation was a loft apartment with gallery and balcony. Small but well equipped with everything you might need, even down to bathrobes. Great breakfasts with perfectly cooked eggs (thanks Ian). Friendly and informative hosts Jenny and Ian. Handy for River walks and parks for a quiet time, for the ferry and watery things and for Sea Beaches at Hawks Nest for the more lively. Lovely riverside surroundings, lots of grub available from take-a-ways to good restaurants. I would recommend the Waterfront without hesitation.
