The Heritage Guesthouse is one of the original buildings in town. It consists of 9 rooms with ensuite and a shared kitchen. The 4 rooms upstairs share the front balcony and the 5 rooms downstairs share the front balcony. Rooms have a little fridge but not tea and coffee facilities and there is a fully equipped kitchen downstairs. The area around the Guesthouse has beautiful elks and beach.

We have stayed here several times. Fantastic location in the heart of South West Rocks, right across from Horseshoe Bay. The host, Renee is extremely friendly and always helpful. The rooms are charming and we enjoy meeting other travellers in the shared kitchen area.

After 3 great days & nights with long time friends at the Heritage Guesthouse I have to say how wonderful it was. Renee was excellent to deal with in every way, friendly, attentive- a real people person. We booked the whole guesthouse for the 8 of us. Each having their own room with private ensuite. All rooms were very comfortable & charming. The communal kitchen was a lovely bonus for an easy breakfast. Everything was exceptionally clean, so important! The location is perfect! Close to beach, town, walks. South West Rocks is an extremely beautiful spot. Highly recommend!

Such a pity that our stay at this quaint guesthouse was marred by the lack of hot water and the non response of the manager when we tried to contact her. For the rest, the location was great and the facilities adequate. The management need to be more responsive if guests encounter a problem such as we did

South West Rocks is beautiful and an obvious spot to stay if you want to explote Trail Bay Gaol, which you should. At the guesthouse, we had a front room with a balcony overlooking the sea, between the pines. Very comfortable, with especially friendly management. A communal kitchen at the back for a basic breakfast. Highly recommended.

Right across from the beautiful beach, you can't beat the location! Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We had the best night sleep (extra blankets and doonas provided for chilly nights). Make your own breakfast provided in the kitchen - plenty of choice. Loved our 1 night stay.

4th time visitors, once again perfect for a short stay. 3 nights of relaxation in great accomodation with the perfect host in Renee. Planning our next visit in April. The whole premises is spotlessly clean. Close to everything you could ask for in a beachside location.

Second time guests and looking forward to a third and fourth time when opportunity arises. Room was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Renee’ s welcome was warm and friendly with no fuss as we received on our first visit. Looking forward to returning for an extended stay. Breakfast provisions where excellent. Many dining options within a short walk.

Lovely room with large comfy bed. Clean ensuite. Balcony gave us great view to the beach. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The communal kitchen was handy for a quick breakfast and tea/coffe. We have stayed here before and will again when we next visit SW Rocks.

Everything about our stay at the Heritage Guesthouse was excellent.
Renee’s warm welcome. Our comfortable and quiet room. The very clean bathroom. The relaxing view from the upstairs veranda where we enjoyed a pre-dinner drink. The straightforward but adequate breakfast in the communal kitchen.
If we’re traversing the north coast of NSW again, we’ll definitely be back at the Guesthouse.
