I have stayed her e a few times when I need overnight accommodation in the eastern suburbs and can empathise with some of the negative comments. It is very central, convenient and I will use again but because of these reasons they are not overly concerned with keeping the customer happy - they will always have a full house particularly...

We are so glad you keep returning and have found the rooms very clean and well presented. The double rooms are small and we advertise them as small doubles so expectations are met. If you need substantially more space perhaps try a family or Grand Master Room in the future. We are sorry to hear you felt we were not...

After reading others reviews I was a little worried but the lodge was gorgeous. Beautiful high ceilings, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, the room was warm, the bathroom was clean and shower was great. It was quiet. I was able to park straight across the road. The location was brilliant. We were only there overnight for my daughter...

Thank you for your review! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and would welcome you back anytime. Obviously High Cross Park Lodge ticked all the boxes for you. Most guests think its special and well located near the University of New South Wales, the Prince of Wales Hospital complex, Coogee Beach and 'The Spot' - bars and restaurants....

The "free parking" is a lie; there are 3 parking spots for 27 rooms, and the hotel uses them, too. When we left our car in the parking lot for a few days and went to Uluru, they towed our car, confiscated all our stuff, and changed the lock on our door, leaving us stranded when we returned. (Our room...

Thank you for your review. It was with regret we had no alternative than to have your cat towed. You had removed a barrier to park and when you were asked to move you refused. Consequently your booking was cancelled as your behavior was inappropriate for our staff and other guests. We hope you enjoyed the remainder of your holiday.

The hostess is super unfriendly and lucky for me and my friend something went wrong with our booking so that we were able to get a refund. I would never want to sleep there! When I came in after a misunderstanding about parking the car, she literally told me that my problem was the fact that I couldn't hear. If...

I am a PhD student who travelled from france to sydney for a conference. i happened to stay here for 5 days during my visit. the staff is robotic. i locked out myself from the room by mistake by letting the key in around 22 hours. there was nobody in the reception to open the room because they work only...

Hi! I have just come from my stay at High Cross Park Lodge and will it was nice, there were a few things that made the trip a little unpleasant. The room was nice as was the bathroom. But first off, there was no hair dryer anywhere in the hotel. Even lower stared hotels I've stayed in have had some...

My girlfriend and I went to Randwick for her to get surgery at a nearby hospital. We booked at High Cross Park Lodge because it was really close and affordable. When we got there, the room was filthy. There was old food on the floor and stains and dust everywhere and even ants. We did not want to deal with...

Back again for another stay at High Cross, once again staying for a few nights whilst my wife was in Prince of Wales Hospital. Exactly what I needed for a home base to stay in whilst walking over the road to the hospital each day. Nothing flashy but nice and clean with a recently? renovated bathroom. The staff were polite...

My partner and I spent a night in room 102 as we were coming to Sydney for a concert. We were very pleased with the accomodation. Quite a small room, however didn't require much space anyway. Bathroom nice, comfy bed, very warm aircon perfect for winter, TV and fridge/sink facility in room. The only negatives were that there was only...

Thank you for your review. Our double rooms are quite small and we advertise them as small doubles so peoples expectations are met. We also advertise limited parking however there are many unrestricted parking bays in the area within close proximity to the lodge. We do apologize if there were marks on the floor and next time please advise reception...

We were very happy with our stay at the high Cross Park Lodge. It was very comfortable, clean and when we asked for extra wi-fi and late check out it was given at no extra cost due to my membership with SydneyLodges. The only thing I would say that could be a slight problem was the shower in room 208....

Thank you for your review. We have noted your comments regarding the bathroom and appreciate your feedback. We're glad you liked 'The Spot' with a huge variety of restaurants, bars and cinema. This is one of our most popular rooms and hopefully it will be available when next you need accommodation in Randwick. We look forward to welcoming you back.
