Ordered the $12 (ribs, chips & salad) & $10 (battered flathead, chips & salad) lunch specials...didn't take long to come out...yummy...great value for the price & staff very friendly. Perfect for work lunch break. You wont need dinner as serving was large. Would definitely recommend taking the time to try it out.

We dine here regularly. The menu is varied and changes often. Food is delicious and reasonably priced. Good selection of wines and beers. Free entertainment most weekend nights. Some tables outside too.

We've had lunch here a couple of times now and the $10 lunch menu is hard to go past. The steak is always cooked to a perfect medium rare and the chicken schnitzel is yum too. Good size meals compared to other $10 pub lunches I've had. They also have a good selection of craft beers on tap. Service is fast and friendly. Highly recommend checking it out for yourself.

live music was great and the bar staff are nice people, however, management could not run a cold bath! The food was horrible and looked like it had been crafted from some sought of road kill. Management's attitude matched the quality of the food and i love having my plate slammed down in front of me. the food and management's attitude have been sourced from the underworld and i would not recommend this "venue" to my worst enemy. This upsets me as prior management was fantastic.

We've been here for lunch twice so far and were very impressed both times. I had a great pasta and a schooner of bear for $10. My Husband had an impressive burger and chips. Make sure you pop in and try out these guys. Nice atmosphere. Just off the main street so very hand to the shops.

This Pub offers a range of $10 meals that are basic good value buys, but then they slug you +$4 for a can of coke. Other items are also on offer on the menu at increased/bistro prices.

The music in the Dining area at times is way too LOUD - you're there for a meal, not a disco...! Staff are friendly and the meals normally come out in good time.

There was airconditioning ducts throughout, but it doesn't get turned on (?) The music video screen is out of whack with the sound, and the female owner said it's the thingamajig that needs looking at - we leave it just to annoy people.

Unassuming pub. Great food. Reasonably priced. Relaxed atmosphere. What more could you ask for? Had the Atlantic salmon with baked root vegetables- delicious! $18 parmy's advertised ... maybe a Valentines Day special - who knows? Either way it is all good.

Breakfast on Boxing Day--Only two(2) staff on duty, but what service they provided! Always acknowledged people that were waiting even though they were very busy! Coffee was great for Hotel scenario and the guy behind the bar was quick and efficient! Central location and everything you want in a Hotel was there. We attended on Boxing Day when most places in Lismore were not open. Returned on New years eve and the live music was great! Try it out!!!

Back again today.
Once again the chicken schnitzel was very good but unfortunately the steak was well done instead of the requested medium. Also the steak was very tough and full of gristle.
But the staff were fantastic and friendly and provided outstanding service.
Will try again and see if the steak was a "one off".

The food is rubbish. You must be poisoned from their food. Not once did I mention Elderly staff. It's an honest review and people agree with it.
