Absolutely Devine meal. The Hawaiian Parmigiana was excellent as were the freshly cooked veges and the beer battered chips to die for👍 The other meal of 500gm rump steak was out of this world, medium rare to perfection and so thick plus the salad was fresh snd crunchy and once again the chips …. The staff were very friendly plus great to see Ginger Beer on tap. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality, we will most definitely be back as great value for money and we even able to take half home, we thanked the Friendly Chefs 👏😆

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights in July 2010 while visiting Lismore. The Motel is comfortable enough for a couple of nights and the tavern is on the premises for lunch, dinner and drinks. Continental breakfast is supplied each morning in the room.
The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

Family dinner takes on a while new meaning with the Monday and Tuesday night specials at the Tav. Monday roast pork $10 and it's bloody fabulous with fresh veggies not frozen!!! Crispy crackling gravy apple sauce and the pork meat is so tender. Tuesday slowcooked rump...to die for... falling apart meat with fresh veggies.. you guessed it.. $10 delciousness!

New restaurant in place for around a year now, with great food options. Mon, Tue & Wed nights there's a $10 special which is terrific value for the quality of food. Regular menu offers variety. Main or light meals. I went there for dinner Friday night with friends and we ordered a mix of tapas plates...delicious. We got to try many things and they were all yummy. Would recommend this place to get together with friends and eat some great food. It's busy and noisy as pubs are, and that adds to the atmosphere. Friday nights have raffles for the local golf club so you may like to try and win one of their generous meat trays.

Great Restaurant, menu offers something for everyone, great prices, well made food.
From Tapas, Pizza,snacks to full meals, very tasty ,and very well priced.
Monday to Wednesday have $10 meals available, plenty of seating space and do take-away.

I have visited the tavern over many years as a local.. food is good .. but I am still amazed that the place smells of cigarette smoke in this day and age very disappointing whether or not it is busy or not .

It’s a great family tavern very clean friendly staff with great service. The menu something for everyone reasonably priced, daily $10 special, meals well presented and tasty. I highly recommend for a great night out great food friendly service
