Having just come out of a long Sydney lockdown this past week has provided us with an even deeper appreciation for the wonderful hospitality and luxurious accommodation provided at this charming venue.
Because of travelling restrictions we had to postpone previous bookings. Robyn was totally understanding of our difficulties. She is never intrusive but always there to offer local advice and provide us with even more provisions and fresh towels.
We have already booked TREETOPS again for next August - a favourite time of ours to visit Leura. Manderley provides the perfect self contained accommodation to anyone visiting the Blue Mountains. We rate it FIVE STARS.

It was an absolute pleasure to meet Robyn who was simply the best hostess, and to stay in her Tree Tops apartment which was most excellent accommodation. The house is set off the road so nice and quiet and was a perfect place to relax for a couple of days. Robyn met us personally on arrival and on walking up the stairs we were greeted with jazz music playing, fresh flowers on the coffee table, and many complimentary extras (chocolates, a cheese platter; a freshly baked carrot cake and fresh juice, beers and bottled water in the fridge), with plenty of breakfast provisions to last our entire stay. The rooms are spacious, the bed super comfortable and the spa bath very relaxing...we could live here forever! Leura is a lovely village and the apartment is within a short walking distance of everything you could ask for. Robyn recommended Silks for a special dining experience and this it certainly was! We are very much looking forward to staying here again in the near future and would highly recommend Magical Manderley and Robyn to anyone visiting the area. Worth more than 5 stars for sure!

There was nothing about this place that we could suggest that would have improved our stay! Robyn, the host was so very friendly, helpful, & generous. She added all the extra touches that just made us feel special and so welcomed. As we arrived and entered our Treetops apartment, we were welcomed with afternoon tea, the beautiful decor, classical music playing, & candles lit, providing a relaxing ambience. The decor and special touches were 5 Star. From the gold trimmed T2 Teacups, Nespresso machine, Lindt chocolate balls, and even complimentary bubbles and juice in the fridge. The double SPA bath was a winner, and we were given a generous supply of fluffy bath towels and gorgeous bath products. Robyn even delivered the newspaper to our doorstep each day. The location is perfect, quiet, and an oasis in the midst of the Blue Mountains. We were provided with all the ingredients for a luxurious self catered brekkie, and we just couldn't have been more pampered! We highly recommend Magical Manderley and thank Robyn for her beautiful hospitality and spirit!

What a wonderful place to stay in Leura. Manderley is just the perfect get away for a couple. Treetops is beautifully appointed and feels just like home. This is largely due to the extra touches from Robyn to make sure guests have everything they need. The abundance of sparkling water, liqueurs, peach nectar and the generous array of quality chocolates was such a special treat. Add to this the home made carrot cake, cheese, crackers and dips that were provided made us feel instantly welcome and at home. The wonderful toiletries, fluffy bath sheets and bath robes are pure luxury. The generous breakfast provisions were enough for a banquet for two. This place is an absolute delight, just a short walk from the Leura mall and it will become a regular weekend away. I cannot rate this highly enough. Thank you for making this so special Robyn.

My boyfriend and I booked Treetops at Magical Manderley in hopes of a romantic, secluded and quiet stay away from the city. It surpassed expectations. The self-contained unit has an elegant yet relaxed feel and is so well appointed, everything has been thought of. Upon arrival we were greeted with sparkling wine, beer, strawberries, chocolates, cheese and more with beautiful music playing softly in the background. The stress of the week and our sense of time quickly faded away; we marvelled at how relaxed we felt having only left a long week of work only two hours' earlier. A big thank you to Robyn for making a much needed weekend away so special. I can't wait to come back.

We stayed as a couple in Magical Manderley late August 2020, and were lucky enough to see snow falling over Leura from our lovely Treetops apartment.
We are frequent visitors to Leura, and having stayed in many different locations over the years, would rate Magical Manderley as our favourite.
The uniqueness, style, nostalgic themes of a bygone era are all interwoven into the taste of the beautiful property. Our first impression was the classical garden which spoke of utmost joy with its impressionistic portrayal of Roman and Tuscan features.
Moving into our Treetops apartment, we were so happy to be staying in such a lovely abode, which was an apartment as comfortable as home. The furnishings were all tastefully selected, gorgeous linen in the bedroom and sumptuous bath towels and robes for that luxurious feel. The kitchen was amazing, most generously stocked for a good hearty breakfast and afternoon tea.
The living room was just lovely, facing north embracing the sunlight. As we were there on a very cold weekend, we enjoyed staying in Treetops relaxing in that lovely living room with the fire gas heater on. Never a dull moment as the living room was filled with interesting books, magazines, DVDs, and a relaxing collection of CDs.
We spent our Sunday afternoon watching “Rebecca”, and were totally mesmerised by the story as Magical Manderley was inspired by the grand house from that classic story.
Thank you Robyn for making our stay so unique. We cannot wait to return in the Spring. COVID has made 2020 a tough year for us all, our little trip to Magical Manderley has done wonders for us.

This is a truly exquisite property and Robyn is the most welcoming but discreet host. Everything you could desire is here on arrival including champagne, beer and sherry and of course lovely chocolates and sweet treats. The fridge is stocked with provisions for breakfast and everything you need for a short break in this truly magical place. Luxurious fluffy towels and high end toiletries are perfect for a pampered short break. The host, Robyn, is a wealth of information about local restaurants and cafes and does everything to make your stay truly memorable. This is the only place we will stay in the Blue Mountains and we have recommended it to our family and friends. It really does live up to its name of 'Magical Manderley'. A lovely place to stay while visiting beautiful Leura. Robyn was a delight to talk to, and NO detail was spared in Treetops. The thoughtful afternoon tea of gingerbread cake, cheese, pate, strawberries and crackers meant that we didn't really need dinner (but we did!). The spa was a welcome oasis after a long bushwalk, and the bed! The BEST sleep we've had!
Everything you could need is in this quaint apartment, and it is literally a stone's throw to the main street of Leura. Would highly recommend and will DEFINATELY be back! Thanks, Robyn!

We stayed in the Terrace House for 5 nights to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. The house was spacious and extremely well appointed. Liqueurs, locally made chocolates, beers and sparkling wine all generously supplied. The bed was huge and comfy, and the spa bath was a welcome reprieve at the end of each day. Robyn was a brilliant host, providing newspapers and new magazines for us regularly. She even gave us a beautiful gift for our wedding anniversary, along a home made banana cake, cheese, dips and biscuits. Great location in a leafy street only a few minutes walk to the Leura Mall. A real home away from home decorated tastefully in a way that gave us a feeling of yesteryear, but with modern amenities.
