Just loved our two night stay here. The 4 course breakfast was the best I have had in years, included a large choice including porridge with whisky. Cherril (our host) was warm with a great sense of humor. Lovely traditional house built in 1918. Please do not change a thing. Thank you again.

Thank you for taking the time to comment on the Argyll. I do try to provide something different in my breakfasts and I hope my guests feel relaxed and cared for. Leura is such a lovely village and the Bed and Breakfast houses have a well deserved reputation. I hope you come again one day because guests like you make...

The owner made quite a nice offer on the phone for one night on a weekend. However, I almost booked but when I had an intuitive change of mind while I was still on the phone, she got very bad-tempered, unfriendly and even insulted me personally: "I don't like the sounds of you anyway, so I won't bother with someone...

After patiently listening to your requirements and my efforts to accommodate you and after you had rung back twice on a very bad line, you said you were worried about your " vibes " . Having had 15 years excellent rapport and wonderful feed back from my guests which is obvious from my Trip Advisor reviews I can only suggest...

We stayed in the spa room for two nights. It was a wonderful stay and a great jumping off point to explore all the blue Mountains has to offer. Cherrill is a fantastic hostess who makes you feel at home, from the quaint decorations to the gourmet English and Scottish breakfast ( don't pass up the opportunity for whiskey in...

Drove into Leura with no accommodation pre-booked. We were so happy to find a B&B so close to the town centre and with such a warm and lovely host as Cherrill. Accommodation was clean and cosy and the breakfast in the morning divine, it set us up for the day! We highly recommend the Argyll.

A little gem near the heart of Leura, conveniently placed for access to cliff-top walks with views of the 3 sisters and close to the shops and restaurants of the town centre. Argyll Guesthouse offers top quality traditional B&B and a very friendly welcome. The wood fire in the shared living / dining area was exactly what was required after...

A friend of ours gave us a two night stay as a gift. We'd never stayed here before but we would stay again. We stayed in the spa room at the front of the house. The Argyll is a very well appointed and restored early Edwardian house a short walk from the Leura shops. It is a warm and friendly...

My friend and I managed to get a room last minute as after looking around the town in Leura we decided to try and stay the night. It's good if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night. The place is very clean, porridge in the morning was delicious. You can help yourself to many different types of tea....

If you like your accommodation to be a bit special, or even quirky, you'll love the Argyll Guesthouse and its charming host, Cherill. This is a one-off, delightfully retro place to spend a night (or two, or more !). We arrived in Leura in the early evening after a long drive down from Port Macquarie, via the Hunter Valley. The...

Very nice old style B&B in a quiet area yet only 300m to the shops and restaurants. We were well looked after by our host Cherill. A large breakfast in the morning with plenty of choice. The chocolates in the room were a welcome touch after a long day of hiking in the area. I would recommend.
