We were at the motel half an earlier before the stated checked in time. The lady at the reception checked us in. Room is basic and clean. There is no counter top or shelf to put our bags. In the evening, we couldn't find the hairdryer. I told reception about it the next morning. Housekeeper left a hairdryer in the room.

A great motel for our family of five. Clean, comfortable rooms. The highlight was the service - the staff were amazing! They told us about an amazing night bush walk close by which was wonderful. A fantastic location too - close to amazing sights. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect really comfyyyyyyyybeds :pppppP i give four stars coz the shower floor was destroyed but it's not big deal 🙃 Close to three sisters , fridge microwave and kettle in room. Cafe tea and sugar and milk also tv .🙃Staff friendly

We arrived early afternoon to check in, the motel manager had popped to the shop but was extremely apologetic when he returned, and he was super friendly. He gave us a room that was spacious and lots of amenities. Bathroom was fine, the bed was incredibly comfortable and all in all the place felt CLEAN. Incredible location just 5 minutes away from the 3 sisters lookout point. And 15 minutes away from the town centre. When we checked out he gave us a lift to the station which we were so grateful for, considering all the bags we had. We didn’t even have to ask too, he just offered. I would highly recommend this place if you’re staying in Katoomba. 5* 10/10.

Stayed for 2 nights. Great location nearby the 3 Sisters Walk and free parking. A very comfortable bed. Quiet. The bathroom needs a little care. Loose tiles in the shower and the wall behind the toilet needs to be painted. A little cold draft from under the door. Must be a problem during wintertime. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

We received a very friendly welcome from Jason and helpful tourist advice while staying at the 3 Sisters Motel. The motel is quite dated, but clean. The motel is in close proximity to bus stops, both the Opal and Hop On Hop Off. The beds were comfortable and the pillows adequate. There was a gap under the door that we had to fill with towels to keep the cold air from coming in. I would imagine in the summer months a person would have to do the same to keep creatures from making their way into the room. It met our needs, but barely. Jason gave us excellent advice to take the ferry from Parramatta into Sydney instead of the train all the way, and that in its self raised the level of rating I am applying.

Great Location. Walkable distance to scenery lookout in Blue Mountains. Lovely room. Stable shower for warm water. Although we didn't have a chance to meet the owner, but we had communicated with him through a speaker phone outside the office. He is fast in answering our queries, and provide assistance very efficiently. If one likes to stroll around and/or without car, it is quite accessible to the restaurant areas and train station. There's heater under the mattress, so we can have cozy sleep throughout the night.

Units are very comfortable. Owner made our Jaguar Drivers Club very welcome and assisted with our local dinner bookings at RSL Club and Katoomba Hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely coming back. Nice walk to Scenic World.

Stayed with Jaguar car club group appreciated, being able to park right outside our room, which was warm, well appointed and quiet. Good size fridge, and very comfortable bed. The host Jason went out of his way to make us welcome. He organized the courtesy bus from the RSL to pick us up as well as booking some into a local pub. He made reception area available for us to gather socially as well as making the barbecue area operational for us to cook breakfast. he even made several trips from the RSL to bring home the stragglers that missed the last bus. Jason had local knowledge on what to see and where to go. We all had a great time.
