We stayed for 1 night in room 1. It was beautiful, kept the older style feeling of the house and was very central with everything we could need for our 1 night stay. We had a hire car and parking was available out the back. Such a beautiful experience having a home made breakfast (that was absolutely beyond expectations) while... More

I stayed 5 nights at Lurline House Bed and Breakfast in November 2016. What makes this accommodation exceptional is that the proprietors, Peter Suzanne and Lawrence, truly define hospitality and service. So if you were not born into royalty and would like to be treated like kings and queens, then enjoy the wonderful breakfast.

We felt very welcome by Peter and the family who accommodated us and provided clear and concise instructions as we checked in later than expected. All the staff were well informed of local attractions and were open to share suggestions based on tourism booms and the weather.

We stayed here for one night whilst visiting the blue mountains and it was an excellent choice. Being around half a mile up a single road from the three sisters meant the location was perfect. In the morning we were treated to a lovely breakfast including pretty much a you might want by two friendly and caring hosts

During our trip through Australia, my husband I decided to spend two nights in Katoomba. Based on all the TripAdvisor reviews and guidebooks we read, Lurline House was highly recommended and we were not disappointed! We were coming in from Sydney via the Blue Mountains train line and arrived in the early morning, around 10:15am. We made the short, 20... More

My husband and I stayed here with our guests from the U.S. The rooms were warm and cosy and there was nothing wanting. Breakfast next morning was delicious and the service was second to none, even though they were very busy. Host Peter was friendly and knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful. We.'ll definitely be back. Great value for... More

Lurline House is superb!! Peter and all the staff are top notch, very friendly and welcoming. I have only positive comments about this beautiful B&B. One cannot get better accommodation in this area at a very reasonable price. The breakfast is fantastic. We stayed in a deluxe room with a spa bath, which we really liked. The decor and setting...
