We stayed in a family room. The room was large but fairly run down. The bathroom was poor being fairly dirty and hot water was totally unreliable. The kids were not impressed and refused to have a shower On the positive, the service from the morning manager was excellent and helped improve the experience. Overall I would not recommend this...

We stayed over the Easter long weekend in one of the family rooms. We didn't get a view (overlooked the car park) but the room was a good size, clean and there was lots of hot running water which can often be hard to get in old places. The staff were friendly and the location was fantastic. It was a...

Bad: Room was in the basement. Small and awkward. Ceiling light was not working. Carpet and shower curtain were stained. Disconnected fridge because of noise. "Elephants" in room above me. Breakfast poor. Good: Igor at front desk was very apologetic. Booked for two night but had to leave after one and there was no charge. Towels and bedding clean and...

We loved this motel. It was completely charming . It has real character and old world charm. Staff were very friendly during all aspects of our stay. Carried our luggage up, heated the room before we got there and the breakfast lady was one of the friendliest people I've met. Treat yourself to the Royal Spa Suite and don't forget...

It's almost 100 years old but it is charming & warm. It's been nicely done up with a lot of original touches. The staff are very friendly & helpful. The location is excellent. It is right at the center of everything. We walked (1/2 hour) to Scenic World/ Three Sisters. Recommended!

Good handy location, beautiful rooms and bathrooms, clean and well serviced. However, only gave average rating as for this price range ($255 per night) expected to have some nice quality toiletries and high quality tea, coffee and biscuits on offer. Sauna and spa area was disappointing. Sauna needs some serious work!

All the rooms had ensuites and were spotless as was the reception and lounge area. Unfortunately there is no lift but as we were allocated rooms on...

Stayed for 2 nights in March as we wanted somewhere with close proximity to town as the weather was not the best. Hotel is nice and clean but dated. Stayed in a King suite and the bed felt like 2 singles shoved together, not comfortable at all nor were the pillows. The floor creaked when you walked so unsure how...
