Comfortable and friendly. Staff awesome, especially Rekha and Jess. David at front an institution! Nice breakfast. Great location. Rooms could do with a face lift. Excellent High Tea. Happy to return.

First. The image on its website and in travel brochures (the lovely Victorian building) is a separate building, an expensive restaurant and not the hotel. The actual hotel is in another more modern building, entrance nearly 100 meters past this. Second. The room we had booked was a 'resort view room'. The view was of trees a few yards away....

It is a wonderful building with interior features and decor, set in complimentary gardens with fountains. The staff are friendly and only too welling to help...

Stayed on a relatively busy weekend for the first time and loved it. Really liked that the same small group of staff seemed to be there all weekend - the same person who served afternoon tea sat us at breakfast and made an effort to keep the constant service going. Rooms were nice. Would have been great to have a...

An excellent place to base yourself when visiting this area of stunning views. The reception staff are all friendly and informative and ever willing to help and advise on trips, walks and visits. The rooms are very spacious - ours had two double beds which would easily grace any American hotel. The bath is easily accessible and the bed is...

My partner and I stayed at the Hydro Majestic and took advantage of the Day Spa facilities at sister hotel Lilianfels. We were blown away by the friendly, welcoming and accommodating staff who looked after us. From the start, David greeted us and kindly offered to park our car for us as it was raining. He offered us umbrellas if...

I was staying due to work commitments, and my husband joined me. The rooms were relaxing, and would loved to have had more time to read the magazines in the comfy chairs. The whole facility was inviting. Evening drinks before dinner were lovely. Only one small complaint was that it took a while for the waiter to take orders. Dinner...

Absolutely a beautiful place. Very quiet even though you are close to the three sisters and echo point. Staff very helpful and knowledgable. Only bad thing was the cleanliness was a bit below par....
