Stayed here in a giant apartment with two families. So much room and so beautiful. Great views and amenities. To hit a warm pool after a days skiing is not quite a Japanese onsen but great nonetheless.

My husband and I arrived Christmas Eve, the room we were assigned had not yet been upgraded and the bed was as hard as a rock, so we were moved to an upgraded room without any problem at all. Christmas Day was the hottest day on record and to my amazement, there was no air conditioning in the restaurant! My...

Very good location, walking distance to shops. Unique 4 level lay out to two bedroom apartments. Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, buffet brecky and bar and restaurant. Very good selection of food for buffet and dinners are very good. Clean rooms, nice lap pool and gym.

This is advertised on various places as a 4 or 4.5 star hotel... which I think is a little generous! I'd say it's more like a 4 star Motel, or 3 star hotel... On the plus side, it's in a great location, room was large with good parking and had a surprisingly good night's sleep. The breakfast which was included...

Lovely food for the Christmas day lunch. Only missing air conditioning as it was extremely hot in the restaurant. Lovely attentive staff, no shortage of seafood. For me, I missed the pork crackling but all in all a lovely day with family. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Really great place to stay and unwind. Everything you need to hand in the apartment and a wonderful view of the lake and hills. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet, well equipped rooms, especially if you wish to self-cater. A good place for a base to visit the Alpine region.

We came here with friends for L'Etape. We were in 2 bedroom rooms , the en suite one on the top and a smaller one on the first floor. The hotel needs a good pick me up, the rooms are tired and old. They are resort style so they don't do the rooms. They should also change the towels as...

I stayed in Jindabyne out of season. The hotel was nearly empty but the staff were friendly and attentive, remembering my drink preferences from one night to the next. The food was quite good at the restaurant. The location by the lake is charming, the view from the lakeside rooms very good indeed. What was disappointing was the room itself....

I usually like to make fellow travellers aware of outstanding service which should be applauded. Unfortunately, I need to let you know that my husband and I checked in, late November and all seemed great. Room was fantastic, clean. Dinner in the restaurant was great, food and service, immaculate. Then, I went to make a cup of tea....... a standard...
