Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Oh dear, what a fiasco this was! Proprietor decided to cancel my booking (unbeknownst to me), because I was only staying 1 night. Despite having a confirmation email for my one night and the town being totally booked out for the annual Celtic Festival, I was left "homeless". ( I was rescued by a lovely couple so all turned out ok!) Proprietor was gruff, abrupt and not a nice man - very upsetting. Accommodation appeared a bit tatty, with flapping, torn blinds/screens, pigeons and from what I could see through the windows, less than unwholesome kitchen etc.

Kate was lovely and can't say a bad word about her. But, the kitchen, the cleanliness and Kate's 'partner' leave a lot do be desired and made it very difficult to get comfortable. Ralph is terribly rude and a very poor business man.

Stayed here for work and was very surprised how nice the rooms are. The room have been fully renovated and finished with in room sink, very comfy beds with electric blankets, heatets and flatscreen TV's. The bathroom is shared and has piping hot gas heated water. The kitchen is no huge but will be able to cook simple meals. The only criticism I have is that the house is a little cold outside of the rooms and parts of the house need a little attension but overall I had a good stay and would stay here again. Thanks Ralph for your warm hospitality.

Best beds ever if your travelling through Glenn Innis the convent have the best beds... Linen sparkling white ...rooms nothing flash shared bathroom toilet and kitchen... Stayed there for a week and only paid $ 50 a night more if you wanted breakfast in the central of Glenn Innis, you can walk every where and plenty of history just look at the pavements in town and they will guide you...

Ok, it's a converted Convent, so the rooms are small and the bathroom is shared, but, it's priced appropriately, and the bed comfort could rival a 5 star accom, so if you want a good sleep in Glen Innes for a cheap price, easy decision. They offer a $10 hot breakfast, and it's a very generous serve, so don't miss the B out of the B & B !
