We stayed here on the way to Brisbane and loved it. The room was on the small side, however, was neat, clean, and newly renovated. The bathroom was modern and the shower had great water pressure which is important in Glen Innes (freezing!). The hotel has a great restaurant attached which has great service and amazing food!

What a lovely little motel. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The rooms have been thoughtfully renovated and make for a lovely stay. The breakfast was wonderful and the decor gave the restaurant such character. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling for business and would stay again.

We spent 2 nights in Room 20, in winter (June '21) - 2 nights for $352. It was freezing outside (well, 0-10 degrees but for we Queenslanders, that's COLD!), however the room was toasty-warm with reverse cycle heating (although the bathroom remained quite chilly, with no heat lamps), but the electric blankets were a wonderful treat (ended up too warm so we had to turn them off ;) ). Extremely spacious room, very comfortable king size bed, excellent kitchenette, storage areas for clothes, little lounge area, excellent shower (a door would've been better to save water splashing/spilling onto the bathroom floor), short walk to shops, excellent restaurant & bar with open log fire on-site...excellent! Not too far from Inverell for a day trip, and the Beardy Museum in town was amazing! Also enjoyed looking at the Australian Standing Stones, and driving through the main street and soaking up the historical buildings. Planning to return next Autumn to see the changing of the leaves...will stay here again if vacancy...for sure. :) It's not a cheap price, but it's also not budget accommodation...we felt it was worth the money we spent. (Photos on the website are accurate and show the room perfectly.)
