The great experience started with the check in with lovely friendly staff there to greet you. This is a fantastic place for a good night's sleep, a super comfy bed, very clean and well presented rooms with a great shower. Even though it is right on the highway, there was no road noise at all. The restaurant was just amazing, one of the best meals you will find anywhere.

Could not find a negative for this Motel. After a long day on road a ground floor unit with great parking was a relief. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room good size with suitcase bench. Very rare to find microwave, toaster and dishes/plates for a light brekkie. Bathroom nice size with space for cosmetics. My only disappointment was not going to restaurant. On ordering take away coffee I was able to view restaurant. Just lovely decor and would be beautiful on a winters night. Would return without any question. Keep up the good work.

The lodge was nicely located near the town centre and was very easy to walk into town for a great pub dinner. We stayed in their only three bedroom unit. This was large with a useful kitchen, lounge room and a courtyard.Staff was very helpful and friendly.

We had the Queen Room with Kitchenette. It was a great little kitchen arrangement that allowed us the opportunity to cook and prepare meals when we wished. The bed was comfortable and the room was quite spacious.

Beware of extra charges for basic cleaning unless you leave the room better then you found it they take extra off your credit card The shower didn’t drain properly the floor was dirty a chapstick under furniture from a previous guest when I checked out I explained our 3 year old had burped clear liquid onto the bed topper and I out of respect washed it and hung over bath total con will nether stay there again when I complained I was totally dismissed and they said it would take 1.5 hours to remove rubbish see the photos they sent of rubbish

We take great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for all our guests. Cleaning times are tracked and recorded on a housekeeping app. The cleaning time required on departure was 145% more than the expected average time to clean this room type. Photographs were taken to document the extent and provided to guest. In this particular case, the family room was left in an unusually disheveled state with excessive rubbish, stains, vomit, and damage. Our housekeeper invested significant effort to restore the room to our expected 4 star standard. The extra cleaning charge of $50 was applied after careful consideration and is reflective of the time and resources required to bring the room back to its expected condition. There is a sign in each family room advising guest to leave room in a tidy state or extra charges may apply. We believe our approach taken has been fair to all our guests, as it helps us maintain our reasonable nightly rates. We also understand the importance of offering our housekeeping team a clean and safe work environment. Fortunately instances such as these occur rarely as the majority of our guests leave their room in a reasonable state. This review has been left by guest now on multiple review sites as well as social media channels attempting to prompt outrage to a greater audience about the cleaning fee charged. The posts contained inaccurate information and unfair statements about our housekeeping staff performance. They do not reflect the incredible efforts of our wonderful staff which can be seen by multiple other positive reviews that recognise the amazing job they do.

A very well-kept motel. Great food and friendly staff. Stayed here for two nights. The rooms are clean, well maintained, A quiet motel with a great country New South Wales feel to it. The food in the restaurant was superb.

A warm cosy hotel room with modern setup - ideal for travellers on a holiday or on business. Given the time the year, the aircon was a great consolation. Great TV channels. Beds were extremely comfortable, neat and clean. Restful place with no noise after hours - so rewarding. Showers were hot with strong pressure. Excellent food - large portions. Staff were very polite, accommodating and on the mark with presentation. Thank you. Will definitely come back. Thank you for making my stay an enjoyable one.

Excellent clean and modern room, lovely family staff, great restaurant with fire places. Highly recommend. Stayed 2 nights. Has reverse cycle air and electric blankets to keep you warm but we didn't need either fir the winter night.

This is our go to motel when visiting this wonderful town. The motel is extremely well run with all staff from room attendants and reception to the restaurant very friendly and welcoming- which makes your stay just that bit better. The rooms are quite and very clean and OMG the bed is soooo good. Hats off to you guys and thankyou for making our last night the best .
