We rented a 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom and the Penthouse for a special celebration for all our family to come together. As this was a special occasion we paid the extra to have the ocean view apartments. The 2 & 3 bedroom apartments were together with doors facing which was great for my grandchildren to play between the 2 apartments without disturbing anyone else.
The Penthouse was exceptionally spacious and with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms which gave privacy for each staying there. The overall living area was very generous and spacious which provided plenty of space for all members of the family to gather. There were several air conditioner units there which gave us relief from the heat. There is also another private balcony above the Penthouse which allowed us plenty of space to all join together for dinner and plenty of space for young grandchildren to play and dance.
The other good aspect of this location for us was that it was very easy walking distance to the beach and the ocean baths which was great for the grandchildren and adults alike.
We also spent time around the pool, again plenty of space for the 10 grandchildren to play and good BBQ's to cook on.
Overall it proved the ideal location for our family celebration.

We loved our 10 night stay, with plenty of room for us all in an awesome location where the staff are friendly, and everything is well maintained and clean. The only downside to our stay at Sevan was the noise from the traffic with a door/window open, which discouraged me from sitting on the balcony at times. But otherwise we basked in the sunsets both on the balcony and with the windows from the lounge room, we appreciated the friendly staff and the frequent room servicing, and we found the location super convenient for both access to shops/cafes/restaurants and the beach. The basement parking was individually marked and secured with doors/cages which allowed us to securely keep bikes in the basement. The pool and surrounding bbq area were clean, but the pool isn’t heated so the kids didn’t last long in there, we tended to stick to the beach and the ocean pool.

Even though we had a dedicated parking spot underneath in the garage, we hardly used our car as Sevan is position in the most ideal location. It's a short stroll to coffee shops, restaurants, the beach and some lovely walks. We had an apartment on the 5th floor and enjoyed ocean and town views. The apartment was spotless, well appointed and maintained. The staff were helpful, and everything was just too easy! I would def recommend this place and it caters for couples right through to larger families. Thanks Susan for your tips!

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at Sevan. Our 1 bedroom apartment on Level 6 (beach outlook) was very spacious, well appointed with everything we needed, clean and modern. We were given a very pleasant welcome and the Reception was helpful in responding to our requests. The complex is very well located and it was great to be able to walk to and along the beach front, to the lake and shops and cafes. Although traffic noise is evident, it did not cause us concern - perhaps because our stay was in an off-peak period. Happy to stay again.

Honestly, I couldn’t recommend this place enough. I felt incredibly welcome, at home and at peace. The layout of the rooms was so lovely and comforting with plenty of amenities which is important to me as I love being able to cook whilst away. The staff were so helpful, lovely and warm. I cannot wait to go back here for the people, view and pure relaxation. 10 stars, 5 doesn’t quite do it

Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights in a 3 bedroom apartment with views.
It was a beautiful well appointed apartment and conveniently located a block from the beach and just near the shops and restaurants.
The only downside is that the front desk barely even smile let alone say good morning or hello when you walk past.
We will be back though.

We have had a wonderful 2 week stay. The amazing views over the ocean and the hinterland refreshed us. The very spacious 2 BR apartment was very well appointed with everything we needed, spotlessly clean and modern. It had a well equiped kitchen with all the essential utensils and equipment. The beds in both rooms were so comfortable. With bed linen and bathroom towels provided, it made the holiday so easy. Plus there’s a laundry with washer and dryer. The Managers and Staff are very pleasant with welcoming smiles, helpful and friendly comments each day at Reception. The property is very well located, 5 minutes walk to the beach, the lake, shops and cafes. We’ve had a terrific holiday at Sevan.

My wife and I had the loveliest stay here. We ended up getting one of the rooms that overlooked the ocean. My goodness, what a spot to have your breaky. The views were amazing. The location is fantastic, we were in walking distance to all the restaurants on the lake and the beach is literally across the road. The staff were so lovely and helpful and gave us great recommendations for the area. Our apartment was spotlessly clean. We absolutely loved our stay here, so much so, it might become an annual north coast holiday. Cannot wait to come back. We honestly cannot recommend this place enough. 10 Stars!

My husband and I have just spent 5 nights at Sevan apartments in apt 904. It was clean and well appointed with absolutely amazing views of the beach and the lake. We spotted many dolphins from the balcony and loved that we could walk everywhere. The pool and bbq area are also really well maintained. The only negative if you’re a light sleeper the big trucks on the main road may disturb you.
