We booked into Greenacres for 2 nights to see a concert at All Saints. We booked through one of the large booking companies but when we arrived the owner suggested that it was better to book through the motel. I think that many country motels would agree with this.
Greenacres is on the road out of town along with a number of other motels. It is too far to walk into town (unless you are after a long walk). It was good for the concert as one of the special buses stopped right across the road.
The motel looks like it was built as a luxury style motel in about the 1970s. It is typical motel room layout but the rooms are quite spacious. The rooms have exposed brick (the fancy brown speckled brick that was very popular). The rooms are well maintained and very clean.
The grounds (as the name suggested) are large with extensive lawns, a camp kitchen and places to sit. It was very hot when we were there so we did not sit outside much. (Despite the heat, the air conditioning in the units worked well.)
All in all, this was a pleasant place to stop for a couple of nights.

Greenacres rooms are very large and comfortable. The decore and dedign is very 70s but is very well maintaoned. The camp kitchen is a winner. We just had to put the dirty dishes in a tub and next morning the good fairies cleaned them!

Older style rooms, but very comfortable. Large units, exceptionally clean and the managers are great country people!. Very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. A little way out of town, which I find to be a good thing. Stayed there last year (2nd week of January) and didn't hesitate to book in again for this year - and next. Excellent value either as an overnight stay on the way to somewhere else, or for an extended period. I'm already looking forward to staying there again in 2021.

Very roomy, a bit dated but fine. Very disappointed with the guest services. No crockery or cutlery, no dish cloth for any spills. Had to go to an outside area to get plates, coffee mugs etc. then return them to that area. Went to get fresh mugs, no crockery at all and nobody at the office when we went to ask for coffee mugs, so 2 days without coffee mugs. On day 2 Left the sign out for room to be made up with fresh towels, it wasn’t done and was told when we asked that they had decided to take the day off - they did bring over fresh towels - still no coffee mugs. We would stay there again but only if they provide the essentials. Friendly staff, believe have recently taken over so hoping they get things sorted.

Lovely Motel, big spacious rooms. I stayed 3 nights and had a lovely stay in this motel plus Corowa. Very quiet and lovely big area. The best part, it's pet friendly and I stayed with my dog and could go for long walks. It's not far from the center of town so convenient for all needs.

The rooms are very generous in size, well appointed and includes facilities to prepare light meals and eat in. Micro wave, toaster, kettle, chilled wine glasses in the frig and table for two.
New carpet, quality linen and towels compliment the bedding and bathroom.
Beautiful grounds and a quite location make this the pick of properties in this area.
We give this accommodation 9 out of 10.

Stayd at this motel for several nights early in October. Room was very generous in size with all the amenities you would want. Modern tv and ac.
Very quiet location far enough away from the road not to be affected by traffic noise.
Owners very friendly.
Breakfast arrangement was help your self in a separate undercover location which worked wxtremely well.

Stayed in this Motel just over a week ago for one night. PLeasantly surprised to find the heater going in our room as it was quite chilly on our arrival.
Haydn, the manager easy to get along with and very helpfull.

Breakfast next morning was fantastic and great value for the money paid.

Haven't been to this motel for about 12 or 13 years it was ok back then but very good now.

Good sized room and very comfortable bed. Quite as it is off the main road some distance.

Will definitely stay again when we are up there next time.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable.Hayden & Janene are very friendly and their knowledge of the area and it's many attractions, places to eat etc was much appreciated.

The motel is quiet as it is set back from the roadway. Greenacres has great surrounds including gardens and large BBQ area. A must stay place

A group of 8 of us recently stayed at the motel for 3 nights. Our rooms even though they were older style rooms were large, spotlessly clean, well equipped with all the amenities we could ask for. Hayden and Janene supplied us with breakfast each morning in the motel camp / kitchen area and this was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble to them. They were a wealth of knowledge of the area . The gardens, pool, BBQ area and general area of the motel were clean tidy and relaxing with bird life in the trees. There was no traffic noise and it is within an easy walk to the shopping centre and club We will certainly return for another stay. Thanks Janene and Hayden for making us feel really welcome and looking after us. A great place to stay and relax.
