Location is fantastic. Really close to the beach and good food - just a great spot to stay to see the games at Moore Park. Got the 373 bus in to the games and the 374 bus when we were going into Central. Room was lovely - bit enough to stretch out in, with a small, well equipped kitchen. No view where we stayed, but if you pay more you will get a view.

Great location, price cleanliness, daily housekeeping and so awesome they still have the mini bar! Highly recommend still and will be back. Right next door to the famous Pavillion and incredible beach!

We stayed here for a night and will definitely be back. The hotel is right on the beach with an amazing rooftop sundeck overlooking Coogee Bay - perfect for sunrise and sunset. Easy to walk out the door and head to the beach or stroll around Coogee cafes and restaurants. The Coogee to Bondi Coast walk is right at the doorstep. Staff were so friendly and helpful, and parking was really easy too. Would highly recommend Coogee Sands and we will definitely be back for future Sydney trips.

Fantastic location: almost on the beach with direct access to the best coastal run/walkways south or north directions. It is next door to bus stops into the city and to Bondi Junction. Great cafes all within walking distance including the wonderful Bazura overlooking the beach is a short 10 or so minute beautiful walk along the beachside walkway. Great Staff; really lovely friendly (genuinely not the fake kind) team and always willing to help and give local information and support. Such a delight to deal with. Great Rooms; the beds are huge and really comfortable and the rooms are a great size with lots of space. I have stayed in the Deluxe Ocean View Terrace with a huge balcony (#417) overlooking the beach and park - it was extra cost but really worth it for my longer stay. We…

This hotel never fails to delight. The rooms are light and bright. The beds are comfortable and having a microwave and fridge makes longer stays more flexible. The bathroom we stayed in had a shower over a small bath - a bit awkward for me having had a recent leg fracture - so ask when booking as as I’ve stayed in rooms here before with walk-in showers. Location is brilliant - easy walking distance to everything Coogee has to offer.

Great location with nice views from the balcony. The room was a little noisy overnight due to its proximity to the street. The lift didn't work during our stay so this was an issue for our elderly parents.

I would definitely recommend Coogee Sands for a winter getaway. If I were to stay in coogee in summer, I would go somewhere with a pool. You are close to the beach so some people wouldn't need a pool even in summer. I will definitely be back

My room was in a quiet location as per my request and it was clean and tidy with everything in order. I found it a little expensive for the standard of the room and facilities but overall it was perfectly acceptable and I enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and the location next to the beach is great.

We love the location and stay here often. The staff is lovely and accommodating. We love walking out the front door and already being where we want to go. Everything is within walking distance. And parking on site is clutch!
