I love Coogee and stay at The Sands hotel every time I am in Australia. Staff are great, room size is great, beds are soooo comfortable! The rooftop is amazing to sit and have a drink and some snacks and you can have your family or friends visit you there too.

Can't recommend Coogee Sands enough!!! The family and I had last minute surgery at the Children's hospital and the amazing staff we able to help us out, going above and beyond to help us in any way they could. Location is great, rooms are so comfortable, pricing was unbeatable and the staff are second to none.

all aspects of the accommodation were very positive only to be stained by poor air quality at night time. had to have the A/C running all night to be able to sleep whilst located on level 2!! will not go back

Coogee Sands hotel and Apartments is situated in a perfect location. Not far from the beach and shops. A comfortable stay was experienced. All amenities in working order. The room was very tidy and clean. The bed was pleasant.

Location, location, location close to beach. Public transport is excellent close to bottle-o Metro supermarket and other specialty stores. General area of Coogee is always clean and tidy. Fantastic job by the local council

Always the best place to stay in Sydney. We stay at Coogee Sands regularly. I would highly recommend this small, friendly boutique hotel. The rooms are excellent and Bazura restaurant is first class. Don't stay anywhere else.

A good hotel to stay in Sydney. Place is near Sydney CBD, parking is free in expensive Sydney. Plenty of good restaurants in the suburb. The hotel staff are also friendly and service-conscious. A pleasant surprise!

Wouldn't recommend these rooms for a family of 4. Air con didn't work-we had to buy 2 Pedi-stool fans, even after cleaning the filters ourselves and asking for maintenance, no cooking facility (toaster etc), fold out bed mattress horrible, springs were so forceful.

We stayed here for 6 days, the location is great, right on the beach. The rooms were really good and the addition of the roof terrace is a bonus. The staff were very helpful and we had a really good time on our visit

We booked King Studio - adequate and clean however bathroom very small and looked into apartments. I’d stay again for location but get a bigger room. Location was perfect and a two minute walk across park to beach.
