Loved our stay here. We were 1 adult and 2 kids (7 and 10). The apartment had everything you would need and I was impressed by the size of the apartments and in general the apartment facilities.
There is also a pool and small gym downstairs that we used every evening.
The location couldn’t be better. Given the location and facilities I think it’s reasonably priced.
A bit of a gem that we will be using again.

We travel a lot to Sydney for children surgeries and appointments and often struggle to find good and affordable accommodation close to Sydney Children's Hospital. The 2 bedroom apartments are a hidden gem, very reasonably priced, clean and well equipped. The apartment had TVs in each room, air conditioning to each room and a balcony. The kitchen was well equipped with a dish washer and a separate dining area with large table.

The location to Coogee Beach is the prime reason to stay at this property. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was well furnished (except for coat hangers) and comfortable. They could supply more crockery, cutlery and general kitchen supplies. A water jug for the fridge would be very helpful in the summer heat. Imagine a vacation rental without a bottle opener! The rooms are not as clean as they should be.

Given that I paid $280 for just one night, I'm shocked at how dirty this place is. I've stayed in hostels that were cleaner! The bathroom tiles and silicone are covered in mold, and the windowsill is filthy, with dust, cobwebs, and dead flies. The "clean" towels even had dried blood stains on them. The air conditioning unit was full of mold, making the room smell unpleasant when it was on, and the amount of dust under the bed was unbelievable. As for the pool, the broken tiles pose a safety hazard. Additionally, the hairdryer was so dusty that I had to clean it out to prevent a fire. Whoever is responsible for checking the rooms needs to be held accountable. The cleanliness standards for the price charged are unacceptable! Please address these issues.

Hotel is very well located being approximately 500 metres from Coogee beach, bus transport to Sydney and the airport. The street is packed with eating establishments, bars and a grocery store is across the road. My only issue was that the free internet provided was intermittent depending on where you sat in the room. Otherwise it was very clean and spacious

Great hotel and staff on a busy street with every type of restaurant imaginable Easy access to the beach & the rest of Sydney using public transport. 2 downsides booked as a party 4 adults 1 5 year old apartment only suitable for 4 people. Additional charge for parking the carin the basement.

We spent three nights at the Adina Apartment Hotel in Coogee, Sydney. The room was spacious and well appointed, the location is ideal, being walking distance from Coogee Beach, numerous cafes and restaurants, and several bus routes. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

I was very impressed with the Adina. We stayed for a week during minor renovations. Apartment was big, sunny, beautifully decorated and well laid out. Great location, loads of cafes, restaurants and shops across the road. We were working and someone was always in there so they couldn’t do the normal service, but they were excellent at actioning requests, often within a few minutes (e.g. bringing a bottle opener, fresh towels, collecting rubbish…) I would highly recommend the Adina, and it cheaper than the local Airbnbs too.

Comfortable and well-located hotel, close to Coogee Beach, transportation and restaurants. Staff were all friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and generous in size, and there was very little external noise, despite the hotel being close to the busy Coogee Bay Road. Plenty of dining options available within easy walking distance.

Unfortunately we were a little disappointed in our stay. We were charged an extra $150 for a third person when we clearly stated we were a party of 3 when booking. We then found dirty dishes in the dishwasher, dirty wet towels in the washing machine, an empty soap dispenser in the bathroom and hardly any cutlery or crockery. Quite odd actually. Housekeeping fixed the issues but the soap dispenser never got refilled. The extra charge had me really upset as if I had know I would have booked elsewhere.
