Went to the Railway Hotel for Lunch with 5 friends. We ordered the $9 lunch special Schnitzel and $9 fish and chips lunch special. All meals were of a low standard. The Schnitzels were over cooked and was difficult to cut through with a knife. The fish and chips were average. I told the waitress how bad the Schnitzels were and to pass it on to the chef. She just replied "ok" and that was that. A large group of Female Council workers came in 10 minutes after we ordered and was served food before us.I would not go there again.

We visited for a quick drink and the lady behind the bar was so lovely we stayed for another, a bite to eat and a few small bets. It's not much, and whilst you might be turned off by the dated decor, it's decent enough.

Don't stay here it's hotter than hell there is no AC in the rooms this ad lies the food is horrendous and the management couldn't manage a sack of potatoes! The place is falling apart and I witnessed staff kick someone out for getting punched in the face... Have reported the violations to the liquor accord. Staff are very homophobic, sexist, racist and the hold pub lakes good vibes

Dined here on this occasion after a drink in the bar. New owners have started tidying the place up but still a long way to go. Food unfortunately was very poor. Burger buns were burned and actually black. As a result they were dry and horrible and even The contents were the dry and lacking flavour. And it was the burger special!! Steak was fine. Bangers and mash basic quality. Service was quick. Lots of car parking. Outdoor play area. Good choice of drinks. Is a bar that attracts lots of younger people on weekend nights.
