Pretty comfortable.stay for a few nights for work training, spacious room with a comfortable bed and all the essiantals needed.good burst of hot water in the shower in a clean bathroom..offers free wifi with your stay tho i didnt use it so i cant relate to the quality and speed of it.
Resonably quiet motel being situated on a main road

Good walking distance to the shops and fastfood resturants
Zambreo and oporto and mcdonalds only a couple minute walk up the road otherwise abit further theres an iga, coles and a woolworths aswell as your 7/11 just near it

We did a day trip to Hunter Valley from Sydney and stayed in the Hunter Valley Motel for one night. The room was clean and nice, the air condition worked and the bed was good. I'm pretty sure this isn't the best Hunter Valley has to offer, but the price was reasonable and since we didn't spend much time in the motel this was really worth it's price.
So if you are looking for a romantic get-away this might not be the best place, but if you're just looking for a place to spend the night with a reasonable price, I'd say go for it.

The over all experience was positive.

I booked this because it was the cheapest deal in the Valley. I (and especially my wife) wondered whether we would live to regret it. I should have had no worries. Yes a standard motel but spacious; a decent large bathroom with a walk in shower that worked excellently, a long wooden shelf which was excellent for luggage and working on the computer. Really I was more than happy. If you want to save money while wine tasting this really is the place. Ok it is a drive from the vineyards but so what. It has a pool but it was May... Booking direct is cheaper than the agencies by the way

Felt dingy in room 16, walking in and smacking a cockroach on the door as I entered, started to sleep on the large queen bed until lights went off and a hour later felt my arm and leg hairs start to twitch, bed bugs crawling over me . Moved to the other single bed not as bad but disturbed sleep all night , glad I only stayed for the one night. Wifi was average speed. Close to maccas, Oporto and pizza.

I stayed here with my family from England for 3 nights in a large family room 3 double beds and and single bed, very comfortable beds. Family room was clean, spacious bathroom, air con, fridge, toaster, kettle and storage worked really well for us all.
Preeti and her husband were very welcoming and catered for our needs and even invited us to join them for food which we did :) Great hosts!
Swimming pool very clean. Free parking.
Very good location, close to everything. My husband and I will 100% come back and stay.

Stayed here for one night as a couple. Very friendly, smiling and efficient lady at reception. Room was very clean and smelled nice. Great hot shower, nice and warm room due to the heating and 2 comfortable beds made for a lovely stay in a very central spot. Virtually next door to Macca's which was handy as we had an early getaway. Thoroughly recommend this hotel for good old fashioned country hospitality!

Room was clean but very old fashioned, staff were ok, friendly and showed us on a map, directions of things to see. Great chocolate and fudge factory but very expensive. Lots of vineyards, but basically just a small country town

Booked two night stay through Qantas with our points for Thursday & Friday nights. It was a very convenient location for what we wanted to do. The free internet was good in the room and the bed was very comfortable and a good number of power points to use. Parking was right outside the door. We stayed in room 2 and it was very spacious and reasonably quiet even though it was in the front of the motel. Breakfast delivered to the room was quite reasonable, $6.50 for eggs on toast plus other selections available. The lady owner (husband was away) was very nice and helpful. My only complaint would be that the shower wasn’t very strong but we managed. Short walk to plenty of fast food restaurants, pub food and a good Thai place, Al-Oi, on the main city centre road.

Unfortunately our night of sleep was ruined by the guests next door to us who stayed up til 3am drinking. It was basically a party next door with language that would make a truck driver blush. I rang reception to complain however no answer....apparently it closes at 10pm. The management must have heard the noise but nothing was done.

Wifi was non existent in our room, had to stand in the car park to get it.

If it wasn't for the above the room was clean and basic with excellent value for money.
