I have stayed at many Ibis hotels before so I know what to expect (small Ikea-like rooms). The budget Ibis hotels are more basic than the standard Ibis hotels. Yes the bathroom and toilet cubical were small (with no wash in basin inside), but it did the job. The bed was fine and there is a fridge with tea and...

The hotel was immaculately clean and well appointed, the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. Breakfast was brilliant and the cafe area was immaculate. We will be back.

Room is small but thats expected in a budget motel. Room was not cleaned very well. Table surfaces had not been wiped down, there was marks from cups etc. The fridge had left over smelly food from previous guests. Fan in the shower was filthy with dust. Floor was clean, i think. Air con is a little window rattler that...

Melbourne is so expensive in the CBD so having a hire car I stayed at ibis Dandenong. No lifts small rooms but close to dandenong Frankston and Mornington so my spare time allowed beach sight seeing and a bundle of eateries close by. Really enjoyed the location and spare time

We recently spent a night as a family of 3 here as it was close to a function we were attending. You get what you pay for but it's a budget motel so that's to be expected. There is a small communal lounge and breakfast area and vending machines for snacks. No elevator that I could see not that stairs...

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights attending a friend's wedding here. The location is a bit out of the main Dandenong town area (at least a half hour walk to the restaurants). The check-in staff was attentive and friendly as well. Check-in and check-out time was quick. The room itself is quite good for the budget price paid (around...

The staff were great. Very warm, helpful and wanting to please.Whatever I asked for they responded well. Where I needed extra bits and pieces they were quick to provide. Breakfast was always a plus. Such a friendly environment. Plenty of genuine smiles.

Stayed here on an overnight business trip due to locality. There is no restaurant, there is no lift, there are rudimentary breakfast options at best. The rooms are very basic, with a small double bed, basin to wash your hands and a small fridge with nothing in it. Each room has a bathroom, if you can call it that. It...
