Booked a room to overnight in Queenstown. Had a newly refurbished room which had everything we needed. There was little extras like biscuits and a toaster. Bed was comfortable. Staff were amazing. Had dinner in the restaurant where my partner had pork belly which he said was the best he's had in ages. Would always stay here when in Queenstown,... More

Booked on line several weeks before for around the 4120.00 mark, but on arrival being a return customer I got the room discounted, which was pleasantly received. had a meal in the restaurant, Fabulous, cooked to perfection and a great nights sleep in a newly refurbished and tastefully done, room. Friendly hosts, what more could you want. Recommended stay!

Very much a sixties Motel [a bit like the rest of the town] that as far as the rooms go has had little done to them since. It is basic accommodation but certainly not backpackers and is fairly priced. It has a restaurant which we did not try but the menu appeared on the expensive side.

This hotel is reasonably priced for what you get. The room we stayed at was a family room and was a good size. Bathroom was a god size with a bath included. Only problems were that the wifi reception wasn't the best and the austar channels were not working.

Stay here after spending two Days in the extremely overpriced town of Strahan. This place is the opposite. It is a unique town hard to explain. We should have stayed here and traveled to Strahan. The hotel is comfortable and priced well. The food in their restaurant is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful.

At rather short notice, we ended up staying in Queenstown and this was the more expensive of the two motels that had vacancies - and not on the main road into town. What we got was a very small but clean room - which was way better than no room at all. The restaurant and reception were still open when... More

Reasonable rate, comfy beds and super shower. Bath looked a little grubby and we found the tv remote under the bed. Restaurant attached to the motel offered generous and tasty food, with super friendly service. under the bed. Food in Maloneys was generous and tasty and service was friendly

Stayed for three days in December '14. Only a few people were there each night but I was still able to use their restaurant despite being the only customer. Owners were friendly, booked a tour for me and gave me details on the sites to see. A very pleasant stopover.

We stayed at the Queenstown motor lodge to attend a concert, very central to town, very clean and comfortable unit. We had a meal in Maloneys Restaurant, couldn't fault the meal, absolutely beautiful, we also had a fully cooked breakfast which was very reasonably priced too. Great service from Peter and Rhonda.

As part of the Fun Tassie Tours trip around Tasmania we stopped in Queenstown on the West Coast in the Queenstown Motor Lodge. The Queenstown mine has been closed for some time so progress in the town is stalled. On opening the door to room 7 we were immediately confronted by the plum coloured walls. The door groaned and creaked... More
