What a fantastic experience!
From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful - and this continued throughout my stay (and beyond when they were still helping me after I had left)! Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed.
The motel has been thoughtfully renovated - the rooms are beyond expectation - huge, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchens and modern bathrooms with a fantastic surprise of a huge big bath-tub! Just what I needed after long days! The furnishings were modern and had everything you needed, and with a split system, it was perfectly warm on a cold winter’s night.
The breakfast-to-go was easy, fresh, delicious and provided great value for money.
The motel was so quiet - I had such a great night’s sleep and with plenty of parking and central to everything you need, this is the best option in Port Pirie. Thanks Danielle and team for a great stay - my one regret was that I was there for business and didn’t have the chance to try the restaurant.

Vanessa and Vicki and all staff provided the best service, the Motel was very clean, bed comfortable, fridge meant we could have some fresh fruit. Restaurant attached to the Motel is first class, breakfast was delicious and the evening menu provided choice for special diets and the food was just superb. We were able to go for walks early morning and late afternoon, the town just a short walk. Thank you keeping 15 people for a 6 night booking could have been a mixed review, we all agreed we had picked well.

I stayed two nights in June and as a regular traveller I can say that the quality of the service at this hotel is five star.
The people who run this business are warm and professional, and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable.
The food in the resturaunt was also amazing, highly recommended choice if you are looking to dine during your stay. It is obviously a favourite of all the locals too.
The rooms are modern, tasteful, spotlessly clean and tidy.
All the amenities you’d hope for plus extra - appreciated the plunger coffee

We only stayed for one night whist traveling back to Adelaide.
We were greeted by a lovely lady at reception who was most apologetic because the restaurant was not open on a Sunday night. She explained that meals were available at the Pub across the road if required.
Although the motel is on the main road into the city, our room was very quiet .
Rooms are fully renovated, clean and comfortable.
Only small criticism- WiFi patchy.

Comfort inn was a joy to visit. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was tastefully arranged and felt clean, comfortable and well maintained. Restaurant hours were practical for the evening meal and the food was tasty and there was a good range to choose from. Service was friendly and good. Parking was easy and very convenient. I would certainly stay there again

This motel is old on the exterior …but the rooms are modern and nicely appointed….and spotlessly clean.
The staff were friendly and efficient and made us feel most welcome.
We had an excellent meal in their restaurant and the Brekky served to our room was a standard, but well done, continental….with the added treat of a freshly made fruit salad.
We would definitely stop here again if we’re ever this way.

This is an older motel that has been well renovated. The staff member was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the suiting is close to many services including take away food outlets.

Rooms are filthy. Mice and cockroaches everywhere. Not to mention the dogs that are allowed to roam freely through the entire complex, including the kitchen. I certainly wouldn't stay there ever again. Disgusting!

Recently, my husband and I stayed at this motel in one of the newly renovated rooms. Tqhe bed was very comfortable and air conditioning quiet and unobtrusive, however, the minimal modern, decor of the room was, in our opinion, not practical for a motel. There was nowhere to put cases or bags, other than on the floor. No table/ desk with chair for business people to use. There was a lack of storage overall in the unit, and the hanging space was too short to hang a dress or coat. The shampoo and conditioner bottles had obviously been used. And ladies, not all rooms have a hair dryer. Overall, we felt this motel was overpriced for what you received.

Nice places to eat out are very limited in the area. We were given the suggestion to try Flinders Motel on main for a nice meal out. I can see what that are trying to achieve but are not close to achieving it.
The menu needs adjusting so the flavors and foods actually go together. We had the "chilli prawn linguine" it was a stir fry with Linguine and the prawns are obviously cheap seconds due to the different sizes and parts and pieces rather then whole prawn (not just whole prawn meat). The lamb shank was good, but the salad had grated cheese and alfalfa on it. Desserts were presented beautifully.
Overall the service was good (great for Port Pirie). nice to have table service for food and drinks, but time and effort needed to follow up. Offer more drinks, clean off the table between courses.
No doubt will go back at some point and hope there will be some improvements
