We spent a week at Peppers. At first, we were quite impressed with the complex. However, if you do not have a car, it would be quite annoying to have to catch a shuttle into town as the walk to the main road is extremely steep. They do have golf buggies to take you to the bottom of the road....

Loved our time at Peppers, great room, great staff. View from our room and restaurants were amazing too. Lots to do and easy to get around, such a lovely spot. We will be back again and will be booking in at Peppers for sure.

Stayed for one night on way to Hayman Island. Had a lovely 2 bed apartment - very well appointed with a massive oversize bath - wish we could stay longer! Used pool (nice view but a bit small) and restaurant (nice food and service). Came back from pool to find a row of birds on railing of balcony.

We stayed at Peppers as part of a Luxury Escape and found it to be a long way from Luxury. We arrived around 12:30pm and were told that it would be a couple of hours before our room was ready. We returned at around 3:30, still not ready but as we were staying with another couple in adjoining rooms we...

We had a great week at the hotel despite the weather. The service, location and staff are exceptional. The beds and bedding are a disappointment. I have written to the hotel privately. I would still recommend this hotel and location to everybody especially at less than $300 a night

View and room was great but the resort is on very steep ground, therefore walking between the rooms and reception/ restaurant/ pool is a real challenge. Also you need to take a taxi or courtesy bus everywhere because the resort is up a steep hill. It's a work out up and down steps and hill! No hope for oldies our...

Rooms were nice but facilities were not up to scratch for Peppers. Pool was way too small and I would hate to stay there in peak season as you wouldn't be able to even fit in the pool let alone lay around it. Hotel is situated on top of the hill and there is a shuttle that doesn't come very...

Spacious and modern rooms and balcony. Quiet in evening. Steep driveway but you soon get used to it. Lovely pool and spa with gorgeous views. Buffet breakfast in covered but open area. Not so great in rainy weather. Enjoyed our stay very much. Park in the Coles car park for easy parking if driving into town.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review our property and for highlighting what makes our resort so different to the rest. We stayed at Peppers Airlie Beach using Luxury Escapes. Check in was prompt & hassle free. We had a 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony on the 2nd floor - lovely view of Airlie Beach bay/Marina. The hotel is situated within a 10-15 minute walk to the village- restaurants, cafes, supermarket, etc as well as the marina where cruise boats...

Overall Peppers was great and we really enjoyed our stay. The personnel at the restaurant were friendly and attentive. Balcony needed some attention re bird droppings and a couple of cigarette butts. We will definitely stay there again.
