After calling Grant to find out if he was still working, was told that it was the last trip and to get my ass out there as I he had half a cigarette smoke to go, it seems to be an inconvenience for him, after telling my guest's what was relayed,we decided to take a taxi, it's a shame that the hotels bus driver has such a bad attitude, whereas the rest of the staff at the hotel are courteous and professional, as we're visiting for our son's wife's anniversary of her death, we're more likely to recommend that you get a taxi instead of the courtousy bus when Grant is driving

Only came here for 1 night as I am travelling on business. I was able to check in at 7pm which was extremely handy & The Pub was still serving meals so I could have a decent feed. Laura checked me in & was friendly, courteous & knowledgeable, it was refreshing to be greeted with a big smile! I will now be bringing my family back for a holiday, thank you Airlie Beach Hotel.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Airlie Beach hotel! We needed to have a break before my daughter gives birth to her first baby ! We chose Airlie Beach, our first time visiting the area and were very lucky to stay at the Airlie beach hotel! So central, so clean, very comfy beds! And the service was impeccable! We happily recommend Amanda and Laura at reception! They welcomed us with warmth, professionalism and they truly made sure everyday was perfect for us! We thank all the staff at the Airlie beach hotel for our outstanding experience! Specially Amanda and Laura ! They are both A real asset for the company! We hope to visit Airlie Beach again soon and for sure we would stay at this great hotel again! This hotel has everything you need! Great vacation! Thank you!!!!🙏🌻

We came for 4 days and stayed for 10. Sandy and Sarah at reception were amazingly helpful, friendly and full of great things to do and see. Anything we needed was no problem. We stayed in an ocean view suite which was a fabulous size, super comfy, a great view and close so we could walk to everything. Buzzing downstairs at the restaurant and bar but that just added to the ambience of the trip. The Girls couldn't have been more helpful. We loved our stay, and fell in love with little Airlie Beach town and the people there.

We had 3 nights in Airlie Beach Hotel- and wished we had booked longer! The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The shower was ok but I found it difficult to adjust. The room was upstairs and very quiet despite a lot going on in the front of the hotel. No hanging closet but an iron & board was nice to have. The layout of the room was a little odd and the handbasin felt like it was in the bedroom. The room had a coffee machine. Nice to get some biscuits to nibble each day. Very helpful, friendly and courteous staff who organised a refund when the incorrect amount was charged by the hotel. Wished we could’ve stayed longer!
