The hostel building caught on fire during my stay. All guests had to evacuate around 2AM when the fire alarms went off and were stuck outside until 11 AM when the building was declared safe enough for people to grab their belongings. Myself and some other guests were in our pajamas during the 9 hours of standing outside without any...

We stayed one night in an ensuite double. Not the warmest welcome but the room made up for it. Bed was clean and comfortable and the shared kitchen was tidy with plenty of pots / pans etc. The location is quiet but near everything you need. I'd certainly stay again.

I stayed in the 13 dorm room, that was a long room with two entrance. The room was clean enough. There is a big kitchen with few fridges, oven and the personal is very strict regarding the...

I was there in July 2016 for one night. The hostel doesn't look like one at all. The staff is friendly. The rooms, bathrooms and kitchen are big and clean. There are balconys everywhere around the hostel so you can see the beach which is really nice. There is free wifi in the comon area.

This hostel is very clean and the dorms have their own shower and toilet which is very convenient. The dorms are spacious, and is perfect if you don't want to be in a party hostel. It's situated at fairly the beginning of the main street within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. It's also perfect when coming by...

We arrived at 8pm, not even that late, but we still had to ring up someone and wait twenty minutes before we could get in. Basic hostel, average wifi, clean enough - except for that one cockroach. I wouldn't really recommend but if you're not too demanding it's an okay place to be.

We booked last minute to stay in a private twin before and after a whitsundays boat trip. It's a strange layout in the building, but the rooms are fine. We even had a small balcony which was nice to sit out on. Air con worked a treat, TV was nice to have. The room was cleaner than most hostels by...
