I stayed at Waterview Airlie Beach and absolutely loved every minute of it. Apartment one was spacious, modern, clean and had everything I needed. Location was AMAZING as it’s only a few hundred meters to the Main street featuring shops, restaurants, bars, pubs and clubs.
Jade made my stay so memorable with her personal touch, awesome suggestions and ultimate professionalism. Highly recommend this accomodation right in the Heart of Airlie. Such stunning views of the Islands make it even more amazing! Can’t wait to come back!

We had three lovely nights at Waterview. The location (looking over the Main Street and Airlie Beach) is fantastic - your are literally a stones throw from everything and yet away from any noise and bustle. Water views are literally what you get, even from inside your apartment. Our unit was roomy, spotless, quiet, included all we needed and was very good value for money. Bill and Jenny were great hosts - very friendly and helpful. We are walkers (on trails and around the town) and this place was the perfect base for 3 great days of adventure for us

On arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the great view, the cleanliness of the room and premises and of course the location, which is within walking distance of everything we needed - restaurants, shopping, lagoon, marina and walking trails. Bill, our host, was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay of 4 nights. thanks Bill. We had a front room on the second floor. Waterview is excellent value for money - thoroughly recommend it.

We're just wrapping up a 6 night stay here and we don't want to leave. The view from unit 2 is spectacular and we spent alot of time in the front court yard absorbing the crystal blue water and view of the township. It's in close location to everything walking distance yet a block back to limit the noise. We certainly couldn't hear any road or township noise once inside. The unit has everything you could need for a quick trip or longer including the necessary kitchen gadgets to make meals. The shared laundry is also a bonus. The lovely manager has clearly put a lot of effort into keeping everything clean, maintained and done renovations to give us exceptional value for money. We would recommend this place to anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a 1 bedroom apartment, spotlessly clean,comfy bed,lovely large patio area (shared terrace ... but as the other apartment was free we had the terrace/patio to ourselves) with a fabulous view to the water. Stairs that lead from the front of the apartment to the main street are easily negotiated ....with Cafes & restaurants minutes away. Kitchen crockery & cutlery is minimal, but very workable for preparing meals with Woolworths grocery store an easy 10 minute walk. Washing machine on premises for $3 per load was so handy & the owner Bill is very welcoming & helpful.Great stay. Missy-Gail from Australia.

We booked a studio apartment with sea views. However, I did not expect the ocean to be all you could see through sliding glass doors! No rooftops to obstruct a stunning view, that could even be seen while having a shower!
Bill and Jenny went out of their way to assist with everything, from booking a taxi, to helping us operate the washing machine. Upon first arriving Bill presented a huge map of the town and pointed out places to eat, watch the sunset, and directions to the marina.
Our apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the mod-cons such as microwave, fridge, air conditioner, and of course, large television. But it was the view that absolutely mesmerized us!
This accommodation is located above a lookout overlooking Airlie Beach's main street, as well as the ocean. Access to town is via descending stairs adjacent to the property.
Highly recommended! Definitely ten out of ten!

Waterview was the perfect place to stay and made my trip to Airlie beach even more enjoyable. I stayed 2 nights in one apartment then went on an overnight boat trip and stayed in a different apartment on return. Both apartments were a good size, clean and had everything you could need with a fantastic view to top it off. Bill was so welcoming and helpful and I was able to store my luggage safely at Waterview while away on the boat trip as well as after I had checked out. He also very kindly drove me to the bus terminal when I came to collect my luggage at the end of my stay. I would definitely recommend it and I hope to be back!

Our stay at Waterview was exceptional. The views from our apartment were superb and the layout of the studio apartment was perfect. On the couple of occasions that we did cook our own meals, everything we needed was found in the kitchen including the use of a weber Q. The location was not only close to the main street, where all the restaurants could be found, but was a short walk to the lagoon (where we spent many hours) and the marina boardwalk, where most of the day tours departed. Bill, the owner helped us to book all our tours and not one disappointed. He even arranged a pickup bus to take us to a wonderful hotel (Northerlies) which was a highlight night for us both, with $1 oysters every Friday. Bill's local knowledge was so helpful. Thank you Waterview, for making our first holiday out of COVID one we will never forget.

We stayed there for 4 nights and it was the best decision we could ever made. The location it's the best, you have a stairs that goes to the main street so you are close from everything and also you have the lagoon so close from there too. The apartments are so clean and they have everything you need including a BBQ in the balcony that you can use while you see the incredible view We couldn't find any spot available for the flight and snorkeling and Bill helped us so much, actually he found us a spot for the flight to see the barrier reef and also he booked for us one day with Ocean Rafting that we did snorkeling which it was amazing, after that we went with the boat on a beach that we enjoyed a lot and to end the day we went to the view point where we could see perfect whiteheaven beach

Our third trip to Airlie Beach, and as always, we stayed at Waterview Airlie Beach Apartments. The view is sensational, the room was spotless and has everything you could possibly need for your stay, not to mention incredibly comfortable beds. The proximity to the main street of Airlie and the 4km Bicentennial Walkway, with its stunning views of the Coral Sea and Whitsunday Islands makes the stay virtually carless. Bill, the host is extremely helpful and passionate about the Whitsundays and has a wealth of knowledge. I also discovered Waterview is a 12-minute walk to the entrance of the Conway National Park Trail head, where I did a beautiful and challenging hike this visit. Thanks Bill and the crew at Waterview for another amazing stay.

Hi, I appreciate you asking the question in advance. As we are a very small establishment with no on-site management and security we do have a no-party policy. Playing music at an acceptable level, I know that varies from person to person (just ask my son !!!) whereby it doesn't disturb other guests and is not after 10 pm should be fine. Please understand though if any guests in the 5 other rooms have a problem I will need to address the situation. I hope this helps.
