Great location, so central! Value for money and room was perfect for the night. It was clean and tidy. Has everything we needed. Reception staff were polite and made us feel welcome. Will be coming back!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay! this motel locates at the centre of the main street. you have awesome night clubs and restaurants around where you stay. lagoon is only behind the motel, feels like you have a massive swimming pool in your own backyard. room is extremely clean and comfy! eventhough we didnt get the upstairs room with balcony, but downstairs...

We were very upset & disappointed with management's failure to respond when another hotel guest completely parked us in and we couldn't get out to be at the cruise terminal on time. The 'after hours' number just kept going to message bank. No one was on site. The man at reception didn't seem to care when I informed him of...

Stayed at Whitsunday On The Beach during August 2014. Have been fortunate to travel a lot through my life but have to say, as a location goes, I have never stayed anywhere better. Had a first floor room and balcony overlooking the Airlie lagoon and beach, and all facilities (bars, restaurants, walking track, ATM, supermarket, etc. ) were all within...

My friends and I stayed here before and after our diving trip. Great budget accommodation with friendly helpful staff! We had no problem with the noise as we know Airlie is a Party town that's why we stayed there, nice central location so you can walk to shops pubs clubs and eateries.

Our room was upstairs, smallish, concrete block construction. Yes, there was a view of the lagoon from the balcony, and the air conditioning units. Room was really clean, comfortable bed, amazing shower which was the saving grace. Biggest problem was the noise. Airlie is a young persons party town. When the revellers stopped at two or three in the morning,...

Whitsunday on the Beach is definitely on the beach! Or, I should say, on the lagoon. The wonderful Airlie Beach lagoon is right in your back yard so I think the location is excellent. Staff is very friendly in this place and were happy to meet our requests. Our room was a pleasure: spacious, nice bed, kitchenette with table and...

To begin with we were very impressed with the people and our stay. When we checked out of our room we went to do some shopping in Airlie. I realized I had left $150 behind in the unit we were staying in. I rang the lady and told her I had left it behind. She advised me to come back...

Thank you for your review. As per our phone call we have cctv footage of our whole complex and we have viewed all the footage. The 3rd person you had in your room was the only person to be in the room by himself for a period of time? You may wish to have a chat to him as we...

The staff were great - We got milk each day we stayed (on arrival but when we run out we asked for more and got given another small carton) - the check in and check out was effortless. The room we were in was pretty spacious for 4 - Room 20? at the top and front of the location and...
