ReviewsWe perform checks on reviews.Tripadvisor’s approach to reviewsBefore posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

He's always grumpy and speaks very rudely to his wife, loud enough to have been woken to him belittling her.
No cooking facilities, no laundry facilities, no ironing allowed in the room either
Cynthia was on the phone shortly after to let us know:
1. The office would be closed, and
2. The room number and how to access it.
She was bright and bubbly not letting us off the phone until she was sure we understood everything.
The room was dated but need, tidy and everything worked.
In the morning we met Frank who was the male version of Cynthia and full of stories about the area and the services available.
Both are verY hosts and although we were only there over night we will remember both Cynthia and Frank for a long time.
