Oasis at Palm Cove would have to be one of the nicest places we've ever stayed!
On first entrance the gardens are just spectacular and make you feel like you are in a luxurious tropical oasis...
All the staff here are exceptional, the book in experience was a very personable experience making you feel very welcome...
The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments have everything you could possible need for an extended stay and suited our family of 5 perfectly -not to mention the cleanliness of these apartments is of high quality standard...
The heated pool on the property surrounded by the gardens is true indulgence, we spent quiet some time in the pool area and to extend our time in there we were able to cook some lunches and dinners on the BBQs which just added to our relaxing stay...
The tennis court is a great addition and kept our kids entertained for hrs...
You are only a short walk to the beach, dining restaurants and a new grocery shop which will have most of your needs otherwise Coles is a 5min drive into Clifton Beach...
Honestly do yourself a favour and book here, you won't be disappointed...

Our apartment was clean, roomy and quiet with top quality furniture and bedding and an amazing kitchen with all appliances. Sitting on the balcony to have breakfast and lunch in the sunshine was a highlight. The resort has a large well maintained pool with spa/jacuzzi, and an adjoining BBQ area. We were invited by the managers to join them for a BBQ dinner, which we thought was a nice touch. The resort is well located, just 100m from the beach and close to the start of a walking/cycling track that heads towards Trinity Beach. We will be definitely returning.

We spent 9 days in Palm Cove at the Oasis. Agreed this place is in a great location, but the apartments themselves, (assuming they are all alike), could do with a good renovation.
The pool area was good, except that they chose our week there to renovate the decking that surrounds the pool. Had we known in advance, we would have chosen another place to stay to avoid the noice of electric saws, hammering and loud music that tradies love!
There is a tennis court, but it was completely covered with leaves so not really available during our stay.
In our apartment, the main dining table, (made of glass), had a huge chip in it, so we were a little nervous using it. The whole apartment smelt very musty, so we tried to leave doors and windows open most of the time - our bedroom screen sliding door didn’t shut properly so that was a bit problematic….unwanted sand flies, mosquitoes and a cute gecko managed to enter
The master ensuite must have had a water problem as the cupboards were swollen and quite misshapen, not exactly 4 star quality. This, combined with a lounge room lamp with the lining torn from the shade, tears in the fabric of the lounge suite and curtains that were obviously past their use by date gave me the feeling that the apartment owner didn’t want to invest in the property, but still expected to obtain high prices for its rental. There is plenty of competition in the accommodation market, so we will probably look elsewhere next visit.
Although the correspondence left in our apartment stated that we would receive a change of linen and towels half way through our stay, that didn’t happen - assume it is due to a lack of staff.

I recently stayed at Oasis Palm Cove. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Adrian at the front desk, who made the check-in process smooth and quick. He was very friendly and helpful, offering local tips and making sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

The property itself is well maintained. The grounds are lush and well-kept, giving off a relaxed and tropical vibe that's perfect for a getaway. Our room was clean and very comfortable. It was clear that the staff take great pride in ensuring the property is always clean and inviting, which added to the overall sense of peace and relaxation.

Oasis Palm Cove is ideally located, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. It truly felt like a serene oasis, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Cairns. it a memorable experience.

My wife and I have just returned to Melbourne after another extended stay at Oasis apartments in Palm Cove.
The setting for these apartments is quite unique and set in a very well maintained quite luxurious tropical garden. The 3 pools..spa, children’s and large pool caters for all ages and abilities, all set at comfortable temperatures. The apartments are both of 4 and 5 star rating, very clean, well maintained and very large with front and rear balconies.
Adrian and Elmira, hosts/managers of Oasis are extremely hospitable and welcoming and very responsive to individual requests.
The site is a very brief walk to the beach, close to the Palm Cove Hotel and the Esplanade shops and eating venues.
After coming to Palm Cove for 20 years we now would choose to stay at Oasis on every future trip!!

We loved our stay at the Oasis. Our 2 bed apartment was huge and had a wonderful balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. I woke up the first morning to go out onto the balcony at sunrise and could not believe the variety of bird life I was able to see. It was such a relaxing stay and a lovely place to return to after a day out sight seeing,

The pool was warm and the spa was fabulous too. Our apartment was clean, and had everything you could need. I really appreciated having the ‘basics’ available when we arrived so I could put on a clothes wash straight away - used to self catering in France where there is nothing when you arrive!

It was our most favourite property we stayed in on our trip, we wished we had staying longer rather than transfer to the apartment we had booked in Port Douglas which was far more expensive and no where near as comfortable/relaxing.

Highly recommend.

My wife and I together with eight other members of our extended family stayed in three seperate apartments at this very beautiful holiday resort. Firstly, each apartment was beautifully decorated and furnished, so it was like staying in a home away from home. All amenities are included, and the WIFI is fabulous. The tropical gardens are beautifully laid out, complete with pool, spa, and tennis court. Our hosts Adrian and Elmira were extremely helpful and very customer focussed.
Thank you to you both for a truly memorable stay, and as we told you as we said farewell, ‘’we will be coming back’’.

I visited here with my family for three nights during school holidays. We had a ground floor two bedroom apartment which was so big - the kids were in a whole wing to themselves! Whilst the rooms were a little bit dated in parts, the kitchen and bathroom were updated well, and there was also a full laundry available too. The beds were fairly comfy but could have been a bit comfier. There is a full dining table and two sofas so plenty of room to relax, along with a big balcony which also has a dining table.

Car parking is underneath each of the three apartment complexes, and is very secure. The pool is huge and has a nice warm spa that you can use as well. There are bbq facilities there too but we didn’t utilise those. There is a very small playground children can use next to the pool as well.

Management are lovely and were very helpful during the check in process. The location of Oasis is on the main road into Palm Cove, about 100m away from the beach. It’s a really easy walk down to the esplanade and is lovely to see at sunrise.

Would definitely stay here again when in Palm Cove.

My wife and my daughter’s family (with an active 2 year old boy) stayed for 8 nights in an outstanding 3 bedroom apartment. It was clearly of 5 star standard with a clean modern kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of living area and a large balcony. It was peacefully nestled in tropical gardens and the only noise we could hear at night was the waves breaking on a beach a few hundred metres away. Every room had its own airconditioner and ceiling fan, so it was very comfortable when we were inside. Outside there is a large pool and spa (jacuzzi) and plenty of space to bbq our meals beside the pool. The resort also has a north south tennis court, although we did not use it. The managers, Adrian and Almira, were most welcoming and passionate about ensuring our stay was perfect. I would highly recommend this resort to families or couples.

Hi Peter, we do have availability in November. We also have ground floor apartments (about 7 steps) as all are slightly elevated. The price is $1500 booking directly with us for a 1 bedroom apartment. Brgds, Adrian (Resort Manager)

Hi Midge_10, We stayed at the Oasis early April, the weather was great. Really warm but not unbearable and we only had one rain shower in the 6 days we were there. We went on a couple of tours and they picked us up from the Oasis. We didn't hire a car as it wasn't necessary for us as we easily walked to the beach front where all the cafe's and restaurants are. It has a very relaxed atmosphere and is perfectly safe at night. There are also a couple of small supermarkets where you can get essentials. There is a bus stop a few yards up which goes to Cairns should you want to spend time there. I would definitely recommend the resort also, and would love to go back again even though, like you say, its a long way from UK.
