The location of the resort is excellent as it's close to the beach and dining places. We also enjoyed using the pool and spa on site. However, the beds were the worst beds that we've ever experienced whilst travelling, so be prepared to have no sleep if you stay here! The toilet was also a problem - it was noisy and the water ran in it for 10-15 mins after flushing. They did not provide enough toiletries for two people. Two tiny soaps for a three-night stay and one mini-sized milk for coffee. They said if you need more than this, you would have to purchase it yourself. The rooms are also noisy. You can hear the people moving around above you. Whilst most staff were friendly, one was particularly condescending and rude when we enquired about tours in the local area.

Is a very nice small hotel on the seafront, small pool, clean and nice. The reception was very helpful, fantastic service!! We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. The area is quiet and nice, and a small part of the beach is patrolled by lifeguards, so you can swim in the sea

Excellent service by the personell ! The location was perfect. Unfortunstely, most of the restsurants closes at 21.00, but the hotel was perf. Trip needs me tobwrite more than 200 letters, so here are the latest. Ouch need 15 more. Whatever, now I tipped 200

First let me say how much we LOVED Palm Cove, where this hotel is located. We had a late arrival, after reception was closed, but the night check-in procedure was well-explained and worked flawlessly. We had a one-bedroom unit with pool view. The furnishings were pretty basic, king bed, sofa bed, dining table, TV. We had a small galley kitchen with all utensils. The best part was it had TWO bathrooms - one ensuite and the other in the main living area. The hotel is directly across from the beach and has a tourist office in reception that will help you book excursions. There were several restaurants very nearby and a great market on the first Sunday of the month. We were there for a short stay and needed transportation only once. It is not an area well-served by Uber but taxis are available, if somewhat sporadic (you need to call). We ended up sharing a taxi and it worked out fine. Would definitely recommend as a budget-friendly accommodation that is very well-located…

We found this accommodation perfect for us. Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable. Had a microwave, refrigerator and dish ware should we need them to reheat any of the amazing local cuisine with in walking distance. And we did! The Irish Stew from the pub up the street was almost better when reheated! Lol! Directly across the street is the beach. Either direction is terrific! A pier hosts many fishers…it was interesting to check out! And the long stretch of beach had many stories to tell and lent an ear to listen as we made our way for over an hour stroll. The ocean was welcoming for a swim too! The hotel has a spa, which we enjoy the first day of our arrival. I thought it was a hot tub, but the water was not that hot… just bubbly, but nice. We noticed many people during our stay were enjoying the pool. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful! We also found Sue at the activity desk in the lobby to be INCREDIBLY HELPFUL!!! A very generous soul!!! She went above and beyond to make our stay one we will never forget!!!!…

We all loved our stay at Paradise on the Beach Resort. The location was excellent-patrolled beach directly in front, central to restaurants and cafes and a playground opposite. The resort itself was well maintained, clean and relaxing. The pool and spa areas were set up well with ample sun lounges and a generous sized bbq area was also available. The guest laundry and on-site car parking were also handy. Thank you to the friendly couple who manage the resort and made our stay enjoyable. We look forward to our next visit!

This is definately not a hotel for anyone disabled in any way, steps up to room, Steps into pool area, could not access spa unless you climb into it, how you get in and out is beyond me. Pool is FREEZING , apparantley most pools in Palm Cove are not heated in any way, Because of all the gums and other trees pool is covered with vegetaion all the time unless vacumned repeatedly which this was not, we moved to another hotel. Very dated rooms but clean.

Beautiful hotel in a central location right in the middle of all the restaurants and amenities and opposite the beach which was perfect. My room was spacious and the bed large and comfortable. Beautiful balcony where I could sit out overlooking the pool area. The staff were extremely friendly welcoming and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Palm Cove is wonderful and the location of these rooms couldn’t be better. We checked in late and instructions to let ourselves in were clear. The bed and bedding was comfortable and large. The air con was efficient. The rest of the room was a bit tired and needs freshening. For instance, there has been a new air con unit but the holes in the ceiling from the last one haven’t been filled. The toilet and basin were new looking and clean but the bath was in a dreadful state. The French doors didn’t lock properly. The pool area was very shabby, the furniture needs replacing and it needs a good clean, the spa tub water was green and smelly. Some simple changes would improve this establishment greatly
