Where possible, Peppers caters for the needs of everyone, young and old. The three swimming pools cater for needs of littlest who want to play in the water or on the sand, or the older person who wants to swim. The facilities are set in beautiful tropical gardens. The rooms are clean and serviced daily. The staff are friendly and...

We booked a Resort Spa Room for five nights. Our room was situated on the ground floor near the lagoon pool. The room was well appointed (hotel style) and would be appropriate for a stay of three nights or less. However it was very noisy and had a limited outlook. We decided to upgrade to a One Bedroom Suite next...

Fabulous place, just need to be cleaned prior to arrival. Was covered in dust & with my son being allergic to dust mites, i wasn't too happy. Complex was fantastic and well located, with heaps of Restaurants and Surf Club within walking distance. Fantastic pool, gym & tennis court. Highly recommend, close to Cairns & Port Douglas.

Excellent pool facilities. Staff helpful and friendly. Toilets on ground floor/pool area need upgrade. Good dining options in house and plenty more close by. Location is good with Cairns and Port Douglas in easy reach. Tour operators will pick up from hotel for Daintree and Barrier Reef both of which were brilliant days out.

When making the booking I thought I was booking Peppers in Port Douglas not Palm Cove - there wasn't much on the website to inform me at the time that there were 2 properties with the same name within 30 minutes of each other.

Good quality food at all restaurants. Location could not be better as all Palm Cove facilities are only a short stroll away, would definitely stay again and...

The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. The food, the service, the facilities, all hit the mark. Staff were always polite and assisted with every query. Situated in the heart of the esplanade I will definitely return. Highly recommended.

no elevators. poor communication and service. mix up with rooms meant porter entered my suite at 12.30 am and I awoke to him entering my children's room. A phone call would have been a more reasonable inquiry. No real consideration the next day.

Great place to stay with kids. Accommodation had everything we needed. Fabulous breakfast in the morning. Extremely quite at night considering the amount of kids/babies. Many restaurants to choose from. Would highly recommend as a place to stay with young children.
