Easy check in which involves a PIN number, room number sent to your mobile phone morning of check in day, which you punch in the room door to open. Spacious 1st level room with balcony with sand dune view ( not the beach ) large fridge, microwave, king bed which was comfortable, big flat screen tv, cutlery plates etc. nice clean pool and area w/small room has a fridge to keep drinks cool while swimming.
AGODA $350 for 2 Nights
POSITIVE - good location north end of town near bout ramp, no fuss check in, comfortable modern room, plenty of car park spaces.
NEGATIVE- whilst checking I hadn’t left anything behind on checkout, I looked under the bed to see it hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped for quite a while.
No complementary water bottles in fridge on arrival !!!!!
Coffee pod machine w/3 pods which many people my age don’t know how to use ( suggest put instant coffee sachets with tea bags )

We booked to stay at the Latitude 20 The Dunes for 3 nights recently Sept 2020.
I don't know where to start
1. Cutlery 1 fork no knifes no spoons no tin opener tongs were broken crockery was
varied in the amount.Salt and pepper shaker were empty.
2. Had a washing machine great stuff no airer or place to hang the clothes
3. No BBQ but most of the other units appeared to have a small webber
4. The balcony was full of branches and sticks from the trees had not been swept ever.
5. the shower recess was full of black mould and the drain hole was black with mould.
6.Bin liner spare did't fit the bin to small
7. The swimming pool bin was large but overflowing for all 3 days that we were there the pool pump was not working on our last day and water was
turning cloudy.
8.The mat at the door was a disgrace
9.our last night the electricity to our unit went off not anybodies fault but then the convection microwave wouldn't work.

I have stayed at the Dunes a few times for work & highly recommend the place.
Its located on the outskirt of town in suburbia - so its very quiet with loads of parking (unlike other places in town – which is very frustrating!). Its only 5min into town & across the road from the beach.
I really loved that the doors have key pads with pin numbers – so its contactless check-in, which is great when you are at work all day & don’t know what time you will actually get to your accommodation. The code is text to your mobile phone.
The room itself is a studio, very modern. QS bed, with crisp linen. Overhead air cond unit (no fans) with bedside tables & lamps. There is a washer/dryer in your room. The kitchen is large & well equipped with all everything you could need, including a large fridge & dishwasher. A small lounge is central & reasonable (not large enough to get too comfy) with a small table & chairs – perfect for an office away from work. A flat screen mounted TV with full Foxtel channels. Plenty of power points for charging, including USB points bedside. The floors are tiled & fresh.
There a sliding door out onto a balcony (if you are on the first floor) or grassed area on the ground floor.
The bathroom was very modern, with a shower, toilet & enviable large deep basin & counter space. Great array of indigenous toiletries are provided. One visit, the shower floor was highly calcified & stained (not attractive against the dark tiles) – this is due to Pilbara water being highly treated. I REALLY DISLIKE the dark coloured towels (I know it’s the Pilbara & red dirt is everywhere, but dark colours make me cringe – please get white!!) – you get one hand towel, bath mat & 2 bath towels – no face washer.
All in all, I really enjoyed staying here. Clean, crisp, convenient & perfect for work!!

This place is great: quiet part of town, very clean, modern, all the amenities of a comfy self contained apartment for time away from home while working.
I love the fact there is no check in - you get a pin code to your door by text. Which is ideal when driving in & going straight to work & finishing at odd hours.
There is SO MUCH parking - with easy access to your rooms on the ground floor if you have suitcases full of work gear/files.
The studio rooms are spacious, modern, all the amenities. Comfortable QS bed with crisp clean linen & plush pillows. Bedside tables with lamps & power points & USB charging points. A small lounge and table & chairs make for a good work station with the flat screen tv wall mounted. You get Netflix & Foxtel. i slept very well.
The kitchenette is well stocked with a large fridge, plenty of cooking equipment, dishwasher & cook top. There is an ironing board & washing machine.
The bathroom is reasonable with a large shower. I loved the deep basins, large counter space & conveniently located powerpoints. The only thing is the towels are small - but plush. Australian scented toiletries provided include body wash, soap, shampoo, conditioner & body lotion.
The room has a wall mounted air conditioner. TH rooms have a sliding door to the outside/balcony.
I really like this place & choose to stay here 1 week a month for work.

Stayed 3 nights on business felt like someone had been into change the sheets and put fresh toiletries in with NO CLEANING!!

I had to put the bath mat in the shower cubicle to stand on to shower as it was disgustingly filthy. I also couldn't see through the shower screen from the soap scum.

The toilet was so filthy and stained i had to clean it myself for my stay.

I seen no staff in all the time i was there i was sms'd a code to access my room.

Big tv, room size good & well appointed although when you open the fridge it smelt and was dirty. Microwave & dishwasher also looked filthy and as for the BBQ on the balcony don't go there

Well I don’t know where to begin the worse accomodating I have ever stayed in and we have travelled many countries around the word . Filthy , so unclean.
Bed hadn’t t been changed stains & bed bugs no cover on doona . Dirt everywhere looked like someone had just checked out after a month of not cleaning .
We had just driven for 8hrs offered a different room 10 pm at night even though we had unpacked . Very abrupt staff . Do you want another room or not ! There is to much wrong with this accommodation so I will just add some photos .
Not a place to stay for us .
The air conditioner drop water on you in bed there was dirt old food remains on floor and cupboards thick grease on splash back , human marks on toilet plus dirt and stains … can’t cover it all .

Great place to stay in Karratha. Not a wide choice of accommodation in this city but struck gold with this place. Remote check in by phone as receptionist then sends door code and instructions for Wi-Fi etc by text. Seamless. We were even able to check in early as room was ready. Able to extend stay by day with no issue just by phoning receptionist.

Pool on site plus bbq facilities although did not use either. Quiet location.

Good selection of cooking facilities and able to cook no problem. On very edge of residential block and very near coast. Other facilities easily accessible.

Clean and tidy apartment.
Would recommend.

If you want dirty room
Or maybe extremely rude customer service.
You have come to right place.
Dirty off colour white bed sheets,
shower and glass dirty full of soap scum.
Then balcony not clean wasp nest sitting on bbq.
The night I arrived I couldn’t open the door of balcony.
I rang office asking for assistance.
Next day I get a call from Mark or Darren saying that door not locked and they didn’t need to look at it.
And if they did I had to pay $100 to them because it’s not locked and I wasn’t trying hard enough.
After 4 call later of rudeness from Mark.
Someone finally came out to UNLOCK the door.
My comment was well you now owe me $100.
Still rudeness continues.
I felt more exhausted having to deal with management the refreshed.
I won’t bother with Latitdue20 in Karratha.
Much better places to stay.

What was advertised on booking .com was not was seen, this property should not be listed. we stayed for 10 minutes instead of 3 days. Was not clean sewage was coming out of drains near front door. room smelt. pool was not clean and full of litter. Looked like an abandoned site. To rate it would be only better than sleeping rough in a swag. I do not exaggerate.
Yes I lost my money for the 3 night stay but have our health. Will need to think about booking .com reviews as they a misleading if not outright lies relating to this property. Who can I trust now.

Spent 3 days in Karratha and The Dunes was just what we needed..especially after a wet night in Milstream. Booked online easy, check-in easy via text, had a small issue and it was dealt with no hassle and quickly. Studio apartment self-contained with washer/dryer, on the edge of town but fantastic complex.
