This is actually a very good hotel, nice beds and pillows, new TV and new reverse cycle airconditioning. Good shower and bathroom facilities, although tiling a bit old, but not a worry. Bit of noise from other presumed long term guests, and was given a room change the next day which solved the problem. A big thank you to the hotels restaurant chef who created unbelievably great meals every night of our 6 night stay. We had a fantastic seafood risotto, a garlic chicken with prawns and the Seafood Trawler for 2 people which was amazing. Nicer food than most capital city restaurants by far. This was the highlight of our stay apart from the amazing scenery around Kununurra.

We had dinner here twice, once on our way up to Darwin and once on our way back down. The service is friendly, the atmosphere pleasant, the drinks reasonable and the seafood trawler for two amazing and excellent value. Just $46 Would recommend

Hotel Kununurra certainly has good vibes. Our room was clean and bright, good bed, quiet considering we were staying at the hotel (pub). Staff very, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is great for food and drinks and live music. The duty manager David Coombs allowed us late check out and also complimentary shuttle bus service to the airport, so much appreciated it (there were 4 of us), thanks again. The only negative, pool chairs and tables were not clean, had not been wiped down. Granted the pool water was cold and we did not enter the water but we enjoyed sitting around the pool but had to wipe down chairs and tables ourselves. Hotel is well located, central to everything. Oh, there is secure parking available. Will definitely go back should we get a chance to visit this beautiful place again.

This hotel has it all, and great customer service. Bar with great bar meals, the big screens, accomodation and great looking pool. You can arrange tours and are close to town locations. This hotel was arranged through a travel agent, and I was happy with all supplied.
