Stayed at the hotel with friends 2 rooms. My friends room was broken into while he was sleeping. The police arrived and woke him up from inside his room. I was across the courtyard in another room. I woke up to a ruckus when the sane group broke into the room next door to me. Guests were in both rooms at the time. The management said it happens all the time. We don't have insurance. Cost of your stolen goods is your problem.

Hi Todd, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We take the safety and security of our guest seriously, with regular security patrols throughout the night and signage in the room reminding guests to lock their doors. Unfortunately, on this occasion the guests hadn’t locked their door, this was confirmed by the guests. Whilst we do have Insurance, like all hotels it doesn’t cover guest’s content. As Kununurra locals, we have become regular after work drinks customers and often stay on for meals. The Fijian staff are the reason that this is our local. So sad to hear that these staff have been let go with such short notice. I can’t imagine how you will replace them with staff who deliver the same level of customer service.

Restaurant was heaving with coach people. Lovely staff but the curry is my main reason for writing this review. It was possibly the worst curry I have ever tasted. Sinew, and tendons in abundance. The chunks of meat that i could swallow were very tasty though. This was on the special board too hence my reason for trying it. Hubby had a steak and his was fine although he tried to switch up the veggies for roast veggies that were also on the menu but they wouldn't accommodate. I choose the resort over the pub to get good quality food, how wrong was I. We will not be going back

We didn’t enjoy our stay at this resort based on the breakfast experience,lunch and dinner options. The room and location of the resort to town is good, however the dining experience was very poor. The guests laundry was good with free washing machines and dryers available. The pool was refreshing and big enough to do a few laps with plenty of pool furniture to lounge on.

RESTAURANT REVIEW We had an excellent meal at the restaurant. So much better than any other dinner in we ate in Kunanurra. Risotto was excellent. Wish we had stayed at this hotel instead of in town.

The staff were pleasant, the rooms comfortable and spacious, however the restaurant is not good! Entre and mains came out together, both cold! The lamb chops were very Rare, not medium rare, and tasted like they had been thawed in water! The waitress couldn’t understand what I was trying to say about it!

Such a beautiful accommodation! We enquired here after showing up to the place we’d booked and being hugely disappointed. The staff here were so lovely and accommodating, even giving us a small discount as they felt sorry for us! The rooms are HUGE and have all the mod cons, and the pool is stunning - a perfect place to spend the afternoon. The restaurant and sports bar are convenient, and the car park is safe. Highly recommend & would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Quiet motel near the lagoon, but within walking distance of the town. We had a drink and pizza and wine in the bar. Kimi, our server, was excellent- very welcoming and friendly. The pizza was very nice and the Shiraz went down easily. The bed was very comfortable- I slept well.

The rooms were great, so big and clean. The pool was lovely and well maintained. Because of staff shortages and other factors, food was not the best. We were part of a bus tour and had to set our own tables and clean our own plates etc. away. The food was inedible on one night.

Large resort with large quiet rooms, nice central pool area. Free laundry, with good machines. Due to Covid, they were understaffed, but were always friendly despite this. The restaurant served above average meals, including breakfast.
