Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Nice park in the centre of town. Lovely amenities. Has a salt water pool. Very shady. We felt safe here. Did flight over Lake Argyle and bungle bungles from here. Also did Ord River lunch cruise from.here. both excellent tours.

We are currently on a east coast to west coast road trip and this has been the best campsite by far. Well situated near the town centre. Very clean and well run. Nancy, who I gather is the new manager, is a credit to the place - very welcoming friendly and helpful. Lovely clean toilets and showers and nice pool area See that previous reviews mention the key entry to the showers and toilets. Not an issue for us - indeed it helps keep everything clean (BTW was a bit disappointed that Vicky mentioned in previous posts is no longer there - sounded a bit of a character!) If you are looking for a great site in the area this ticks all the right boxes

Stayed there the other night and I’ve never seen such disgusting behaviour from management, abusing visitors of permanent clients while reeking of alcohol. I’ll never stay there again and I would suggest others avoid such Vulgar and despicable behaviour. The office receptionist(Vicki) was absolutely rude and hard done by and I could see and smell she’d been drinking alcohol of which I think is absolutely disgusting for any business..Avoid at all costs Vicki Lee is a disrespectful so and so who is a closet drinker with issues

Loved our stay at this Park. It was very secure with electronic gates and the cleanest amenities. A small pool and bbq area were also available. We paid $45 per night and a short walk to the shops. Beautiful Shady treed site clean bins.

We had a great 7 nights here in the park, friendly and helpful staff, safe and secure. Had our dog petsitted, while out on tours. Large shady sites clean amenities blocks. It's in town walking distance to Coles and a bakery just down road

Basically, I would only stay here, if every other option was booked. The level of service from the park manager Vicki is poor and maybe Vicki needs a lesson in customer service The park is basic and dated. Personally, try to find somewhere else to pull up for the night

I stayed at Town Caravan Park Kununurra for 5 months and it was the best place for a longterm stay in Kununurra. The location is very near to town, all in walking distance. The Park is surrounded by a fence, which makes it safe. Parking is also available.

Stayed here in a family unit. The whole staff were so friendly and helpful. We were waiting for our negative COVID results. Great professional and supportive attitude to help us during this time. Can’t say enough about how nice this park was to us. Will spread the word.

Stayed at Town Caravan Park Kununurra for a week whilst holidaying in the Kimberley with my sister and brother-in-law. Vicki, the host, was very friendly and welcomed us like we were old friends. The park is quite small, which I prefer, and is extremely neat and tidy. The toilet block is the best I have ever seen in a caravan park. It was spotless. The park is very quiet and within easy walking distance to the shops. I would highly recommend Town Caravan Park to anyone visiting Kununurra.
