Clean tidy hotel the staff were great however the Brewers Fayre next door wasn't very good on service understaffed and overworked but the food was hot. If I stayed at the hotel I might drive to a local pub to eat.

I visited Whitehaven to perform at the Solway Hall with Dave Finnegans Commitments. I stayed at the premier Inn for one night and thought the service and accommodation was excellent. I was able to book in early as well which was very much appreciated as I had travelled a large distance from the south coast

Quality clean rooms. More blue badge spaces this visit all located at main entrance. No longer a budget chain but we did manage to get a room for £35. There is a pub alongside. BrewersFayre chain. Level of heating in room good.

Ideally placed for Whitehaven and Workington, accommodation, good, beds excellent, food good. Have to drive if you want alternative restaurants. We travelled by train and the bus stop is nearby, taxis available at the station. Staff very good and good service. Restaurant is detached from the new block of accommodation so means going outside, not nice on a cold wet evening,...

The staff are so helpful and friendly. They were always bubbly and very kind. The rooms were exceptionaly comfy and has every facility you could need. Great parking and easy to find. It didn't take long to travel to locations of interest.

Good clean, well appointed hotel. The attached restaurant is handy.Room very good and parking ok.Everything seemed clean and tidy (even small garden area round car park (no litter or tab ends). Very handy for Whitehaven and Workington towns.

It really wasn't. I'm sure Premier Inn will correct the problems I had which was the bed. My back is getting better though! But the bed was like a mortuary slab! The other bed in the room was fantastic though, but next time I will take an air bed just incase! And hopefully they will have swept through broken glass...

Got exactly what you would expect from a Premier Inn. Comfortable, clean and a good nights sleep. Upgraded wifi didn't work initially but reception sorted it straight away, only slight and I mean slight annoyance was the noisy bathroom fan!
