I stayed 3 nights at Arden House while attending the Festival of Quilts at NEC. I arrived by train from Birmingham International - a one stop journey to Marston Green costing £2 single fare or £2.10 return. Arden House is about a 10 minute walk from Marston Green Station. My host showed me my en-suite room and offered to order...

We left our car here when we went away for a week and stayed there the night of our return. We were made very welcome even though it was the early hours of the morning when we arrived. The bed was comfy and the room was very clean. The breakfast was very nice although a bit too much for me...

Very comfortable room (really comfy bed!). Great location for the Genting arena - a taxi costs £6.50 and was booked for us by the owner when we checked in. There is off-road parking available. Lovely choice at breakfast - husband had the full scottish breakfast with sausage and kippers! I had smoked salmon and scambled eggs.

I needed somewhere to rest after a busy weekend before a long drive and found the Arden House Hotel and its proprietors welcoming and enjoyable company. Stay was very comfortable and they went out of their way to be helpful. Decorated in a lovely shakespearean theme it added to the experience.

Greeted with a warm and friendly welcome on check in. Like previous reviews payment was already taken before we had arrived. We were shown to our room (Hamlet1) very nice and clean :) No hand tower but this wasn't much of an issue. Lots of wonderful extras...snacks in the fridge, homemade biscuits, Dressing gowns etc :) Great location for The...

A lovely clean, modern, comfortable place to stay..very friendly owners and good amenities in the rooms including free wi-fi, tea, coffee and biscuits and some freebies in the mini bar. Breakfast was better than good and cooked to order. All in all a great place to stay especially if you are visiting the NEC for a show or exhibition.

The room was quite acceptable although pricey. The main reason I did not give a better rating was all about the payment. Despite making a phone call days prior to our stay requesting the payment was not to be taken before our arrival (we were assured it would not be) we arrived to be told it was taken from my...

Cute B&B on a quiet housing estate. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Not far from the NEC. Breakfast was good, even had dippy eggs! :) Couple who run the B&B are really nice and friendly and leave lovely home-made biscuits in the rooms! If i was going to the NEC again, would stay here again over a large...

Welcomed by proprietor who even arranged a taxi share with other guests going to the same venue. Very very nice family who made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. Room spot on lovely fresh looking dining room with linen tablecloths and napkins. Breakfast really good too. Service impeccable. Will revisit
